Metadata read/write disabled error pops up

Question

*I am Korean, so please understand that I used translator.*

Up until two or three hours ago, I edited and exported without any problems.
However, suddenly the file structure is not consistent and the export fails.
I searched the internet for symptoms and tried the methods that came out, but it didn't work.
1. Capacity problem (capacity is very generous)
2. Setting in Media Encoder
3. Turn to footage
4. Deleted and downloaded Premiere Pro

how can i solve it. help me

최신버전 설치이후, [File importer detected an inconsistency in the file structure~. Reading and writing this file's metadata (XMP) has been disabled.] 관련하여 문제가 발생하고있습니다.
Adobe 고객센터문의받아 해보신 방법중 푸타지(footage) 바꾸기, 메타데이타, 용량줄이기 진행했음에도 동일한 문제가 발생한다면, 아래와 같이 해보십시오

"내보내기 설정"에서 인코딩 설정의 "성능"을 "소프트웨어 전용"으로 변경했을 때 23.1 버전에서도 내보내기가 가능하다 합니다.

해당 일부 유저들의 경우에만 유효했던 부분일 수 있으니 이미지 방법대로 해결되지않는다면, 아래와 같이 PR / AE / ME 다운그레이드 해보십시오

PR / AE 최신버전을 삭제하면 다음과 같이 ME 자동 삭제가 될 겁니다.
1. Creative Cloud앱에서 해당 프로그램이름옆에 [...]클릭
2. 기타버전 > 이전버전 설치

3. 이전버전 설치 > 미디어 인코더도 이전버전으로 설치되었는지 확인하여 프로그램 다시 시작하여 에러메시지가 발생하는지 확인해보십시오
