지적 재산권 침해 사유로 등록이 거절 되었습니다. 그래서 수정을 해서 다시 기고를 할려고 하는데 어느정도 수준까지 수정을 해야되는지 알고 싶네요

Hello,
It's because of the signs/logos/neon lights etc in the background. I also had a shot like this rejected for the same reason. I didn't bother to correct. I had too many signs!
