나는 98,000/월 플랜을 사용하고 있니다. #901706869는 확장 라이센스라서 다른 것도 구매를 하지 못하고 있습니다. 계속 다운로드 안되니 차라리 취소해주세요.
약 20분전에 어도비스톡과 톡상담을 받았습니다. 그리고 나에게 해결책을 제시해 주었습니다.
그런데 개선이 되고있지 않습니다. 반복적으로 다운로드해도 839KB 작은 파일만 다운로드 됩니다.
시간만 지체되고 있습니다. 차라리 #901706869를 취소해주고 내 크레딧을 회복해 주세요 다른 원본 사진을 구매하겠습니다. 문제 해결 바랍니다
