Cannot change Adobe Stock Contributor country from South Korea to United States

I recently created an Adobe Stock Contributor account, but the country of residence is set to South Korea.

I currently reside in the United States, and the United States option is disabled in my Contributor profile, so I cannot select it.

I have not submitted any content for review and have no earnings on this account.

What is the correct way to update the country of residence to the United States? If the country cannot be changed on an existing Contributor account, should I close this Contributor account and create a new one with the correct U.S. residency information?

I want to make sure I follow Adobe Stock’s account policy correctly before proceeding.
