PNG 3D Illustration Rejection – Need Proper Guidelines

Hello everyone,

I have been uploading 3D illustrations in PNG format on Adobe Stock, but most of them are getting rejected. For example, if I upload 10 PNG images, around 8 get rejected, while the same AI-generated images in JPG format get accepted without any issues.

I am removing the background properly before uploading PNGs, but the rejection rate is still very high. Can anyone provide the correct guidelines for submitting PNG 3D illustrations to Adobe Stock?

I would really appreciate any tips or best practices to ensure my PNG files meet Adobe Stock’s requirements.
