HiI would like to get adobe pro DC. I am ready to proceed with paiment butdo we must pay once per month?Can't we pay for one year and get an invoice of 12 month?

When printing a PDF file from Reader DC on a Mac OS X El Capitan system, Reader will completely ignore the printer preference for Secure Printing. Reader does not ask for the user to input a security code when they select "Print" and so their print job is instantly processed and printed. A number of PDF documents being printed have sensitive information in them and so we can not allow them to be printed instantly. We have the default preference for the Canon copier set to Secure Print and the setting works correctly from any other program. We can get Reader DC to use the Secure Print by selecting "Printer..." in the print dialogue menu and then selecting "Print" in the new window. Going this route asks for the user to input a security code and name the document so that the print job is held on the copier until the user goes through the steps to print the document with them in front of the copier. When we add a signature field to a form, the result is a field marked by a right-pointing box with the label "Sign". Is there a way we can change the label to "Initial" for certain fields?

Hi All,I have a problem in connection with signatures within Adobe Pro. Not signature itself but see below:From a colleague I receive an e-mail with a hyperlink to a pdf document that I need to sign within Adobe. I can sign the document but when the document is saved it is saved on the area on the server where are I was last active. It is not saved on the hyperlink in the e-mail I received. By this the feature with hyperlinks is gone. This issue with the hyperlinks has not been there from the beginning. It started for some weeks ago.Best regards,Johan

On using batch redaction, I could redact multiple words. However, I could not find an option to replace these words as well. Currently, I have some 10 documents which have 3 words to be redacted and replacedCurrently, I have some 10 pdf files which have 3 words to be redacted and replaced. Lets say company 1 to be replaced with 123, company 2 to be replaced with 234 and company 3 to be replaced with 345. Is there any way I could replace all these words at one go in all the documents (may be by leveraging some property of search and remove text)?

Hello,I was working on a very large form document that I opened from the Mail app on my Mac OS. While I was working on it, I continuously saved the file on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, and Reader confirmed that it was saved. I closed the file after I was done, but when I went back to open it, it was gone. Not in the recent files, not in my files, just gone. Now I am really panicking because I need the information. How can I get it back/can I access any autosaved files? Thanks

With the help of prevously asked questions/answers, various tutorials and lots of luck, I've managed to create a button that spawns a new page. I've also managed to add page numbers in the format 1 of n to a specific field on the pages.The problem I'm having is if I delete one of the spawned pages, how do I get the JS to recalculate the page numbers so it goes from, for example 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3 to 1 of 2, 2 of 2 (the document will always start with 2 pages)In the custom calculation of my page number field, this is the code I used: event.value = (event.target.page+1) + " of " + this.numPages;Any help gratefully received.I'm using Acrobat Pro DCThank you

Hello community,I need help in printing PDF (using REader or Acrobat XI Pro):A large PDF document (e.g. documentation with 3 languages) has to be printed out in always the same order:- Fist pages- Pages 30-50So I would like to predefine the printout Settings (like in the Dialog box of printing)  in the PDF document, e.g. 1-3; 30-50.(Comparable to a PowerPoint with hidden pages - you see them in the document, but the Output (here presentation) is without them)This is used to print out only the used pages in a PDF which we won't/aren't allowed to modify like delete pages.Is there a possibilty to predefine print Jobs in a PDF?Thanks a lot and greetings from Germany.jochenk

Hi, I just created a pdf form. When testing it I noticed that in some fields where the user enters the info, the words come out showing as crammed or over each other. Could you please tell me what I should do? I tried removing the field and inserting a new one instead but the same problem remains. Is it a problem of cell format? Does the fact that I try to align the cells effect the cell format? Thanks for your help.

How to integrate PDF Form fields with Sharepoint-online column fields

I have a lot of problems with returned filled in forms. Txt disappearing, buttons don't work, etc. I have a clear instruction about opening and saving in the latest version of reader (including link to the downloadpage), but people don't read or don't get the message because it's to complicated. How can I force people to open and fill in the pdf forms in reader?

I am creating a pdf from Office and saving it into a SharePoint site.  This all works fine and the pdf file opens in Adobe Acrobat or Reader.  I can then add in Document Properties as necessary and then check in the file through the SharePoint /Office365 option under File Menu.  All Good.  I then go to close the file, either through exiting Adobe or using File, Close, and I get a message saying do I want to save the pdf file?  Very annoying.  If I click Yes, I go round in a loop because the file is already saved, if I click No, then it closes the file.  How can I get to close the file, which is now already in SharePoint and checked in, without being prompt to close it again.

Hello everyone,I am in great need to include a dynamically created ITF14 barcode on a label. I already have a dropdown menu with all the products I need listed in it, and a text cell that adapts his content to the dropdown menu selection choice.What I need now is to link the generation of the specific ITF14 barcode for every single product in a barcode form, so within a single PDF (only by changing the dropdown menu selection) I can have the proper description & barcode of every single product that I need to label.Is this possible?Thanks for your help.

I want the first two pages to appear to be one up page layout (that's my resume and cover letter) when you click on the pdf.  It could be two up facing as well.  But after those two pages I want the next 8 pages to have the appearance of two up COVER page layout (starting with a single page for the cover then two up facing again for the rest) since the next portion is a mini portfolio sample.  Is this possible?  to have 2 different page layouts start at different parts of the pdf document?  I want to control how the viewer would see the document when they open it.  Thanks.

I know you can sign in and out on an unlimited number of devices, but I often forget to, and then end up being in a situation where I need to access my docs on a device and can't because I'm logged on to 2 devices already. Is there a subscription plan that allows me to sign in to more than 2 devices?

We have Acrobat Pro 9 running on two pc's, one with 7 and one with 8 operating system. We want to deactivate the one computer with the 8 because we are retiring it. We want to deactivate Acrobat and then download on a Mac pro. However, we do not have the deactivate option available on the Help drop down. The deactivation is visible on the other desktop computer. Can you advise us on how to deactivate on the old laptop and download on the new Mac laptop?
