In the CreativeCloud application, Files tab, add a 'Types' column with the possibility of multiple sorting: Type and Date of creation or modification. This is very important so that we can save our documents locally on our personal computers in order to correctly manage the quotas allocated by our CC subscription.
Can you add a decreasing counter of the quotas of the generative AI usage points and other quotas of our flat-rate subscription, it would be practical to be able to consult what we have left of our monthly quota.
I'm building a library with over 2000 assets in it (9 color versions of over 100 icons, etc.). Because I have to drag graphics in 1 at a time, it is taking forever to create the library. CC Libraries really needs a way to batch import files, and a way to create a naming syntax to more quickly rename assets.Alternatively, you could allow us to add color settings to assets, so that you can select the colors for different parts of a graphic from a set of brand colors (ex. a green circle with a white icon) when dragging asset(s) on to your artboard, so you only really need 1 version of each asset in the library.I've seriously spent over 20 hours on this library and I'm not even done yet, between how slow the library is to add and load assets, and all the bugs I've encountered along the way.
My team will use different AI files for print and digital promotions of graphics which means when sharing links for review I have to share 2 links to the same project. I would like to see an ability to link or group files together so one link can be used for the whole project.
It would be very helpful to be able to see the artboard names in Share for Review. I am currently working on a suite of icons, and name my artboards so that when I export I don't have to name them individually. However when I Share for Review, all the artboards are just numbered, so anyone reviewing can't tell which category the icons are for.
If specific text could be highlighted with a comment , this would be a beneficial alternative to just placing a pin.I love the Send for Review feature and looking forward to see it grow.
I have managed to turn off notifications on the CC desktop app, but when reviewing assets on the website my notifications accumulate fast. There seems to be no way to bulk dismiss them and so sometimes I have to individually dismiss hundreds of notifications. They become overwhelming and meaningless. It would be better if I could clear them all out and start fresh without having to individually dismiss them.
CC Library freezes and only a program restart helps temporarily ... until next timeThis bug existed before in Indesign and Illustrator was fixed in the meantime and was now apparently reissued! I love traditions!A bug evergreen CC LibrarayIf buying AdobeStock-Pictures via CC Library-Window in Indesignwill shut down Indesign directly in 9 of 10 cases(This is a "Bugevergreen!")
NEED to be able to adjust the library icon size or add hover/enlarge feature. some of our assets are so close or it's impossible to see what they are.
Please make the thumbnails bigger. Maybe I have bad eyes... but it's really hard to see them. We use a template with many options like cover pages and I can't see the difference because the thumbnails are too small.
The preview images in the Library Panel are out of proportion. i have for example a collection of awards to place on product photos. But the preview image ar so big in the screen. Making the panel wider cost to many screen space so that is not desirable(See printscreen attached)
This is something I know a lot of people deal with, especially if you work in a creative field like myself. I have a personal Adobe ID as well as my work Adobe ID that is managed by my company. As a graphic designer, I usually have down time between jobs while waiting for other assets or for approval or feedback. During that down time, I like to work on my own personal design projects that I typically do at home or from my iPad. But all of those files are located on a different Adobe ID.Essentially, I can't use my company Adobe ID to work on personal projects, but I am required to sign out entirely if I want to access my personal Adobe ID, which is incredibly impractical when I am constantly switching back and forth between multiple softwares on multiple computers for multiple purposes. I think that a feature allowing people to easily switch between accounts would be an incredibly beneficial fix that I know a lot of people would appreciate.
It would be great if Illustrator "interpreted" artboards shared in a presentation, in the order they are placed in within the file – from left to right, top to bottom – versus by number. Basically, the same way FIgma interprets the order of artboards. Right now, inserting a new artboard in the middle of a presentation constrains you to change the number of all artboards that follow it.
Hi, please have a "Show all comments" next to the "Online" icon. It's very hard for new users to know where are all the comments. This is one of the reason we are staying with Microsoft Word Red line... Please. "Filter comments" isn't intuitive and I had a hard time finding it when I resolved the comments! Thank you for your help
Many design studios/businesses already have their assets sorted into folders. To make the migration to CC Libraries easy (and in some cases, possible at all), any folders that are dragged in should be come GROUPS/SUBGROUPS.How it works currently is that any folders dragged in gives an error about unsupported file types.
The share artboard button is so close to the artboard selection that when moving artboards around (especially when zoomed out) it's very easy to share a board you didn't intend to. When organizing boards (and trying to be efficient) it is irritating to have to load an external browser window to delete the accidentally shared board every slight misclick. Can this feature be moved or spaced out more from the artboard title?
Add "last updated" status to libraries to alert if a shared library could be out of date or isn't updating + add a refresh button to ensure current version is active.
We need to be able to increase the size of the library panel preview images. On a 4k screen, they are tiny.
I accidentally chose my "personal profile" when setting up this new profile deal instead of my work profile. The personal is just a free account, but now all my assets, files, libraries are on that profile and it doesn't matter, because I can't run any programs under that profile. I wish I could just re-set it up so I can select my work profile. But after wasting so much time researching what to do, all I have come up with is download all my assets, stock files, Librarys, etc reupload them to the 2nd profile. This is ridiculous, How much time and frustration this has caused me. Signing in back and forth over and over again to each different profile. Please bring back the old way.
A status display of the ongoing up- and downloading is essential:- What file is transfered- How long it will take- Up-/downloading speed- Batchlist of the upcoming files to synchronizeEspesially when working in a team and on a tight schedule, I want my final rendering to be processed primary and fast. Adobe CC can't garantee a proper file sync, a transparent process and a stable connection. Furthermore. My Explorer crashes, because Adobe CC can't even synchronize properly. It stucks, my Explorer stucks and I can't open my file directory, even if I closed the CC. I need to restart then to just open another file. My updated files get lost in the process of an crippled synchronization. That is a katastrophy. I need then to do work again and again, just because Adobe can't garantee a stable workflow. -> Mark CC as BETA. Don't let professionals use it, unless you want to look like a f****** kindergarden. We used the CC in a team of two motion designers and the result now is to search for
After installing Creative Cloud on two of my PCs I started to upload files to it. Soon I discovered that a new folder "Creative Cloud Files" was created on both PCs, and everything I'd uploaded to the cloud was also (seemingly) synced to these folders. That defies the purpose of having 1TB Cloud storage. I want to move to the Cloud what I don't have space for otherwise. Opening the "Preferences" page on the Creative Cloud desktop app, I find no way of deciding against syncing files that I upload "back" to my PCs. There's a "Creative Cloud Sync" check box which says ".. stop syncing your files and libraries to Creative Cloud...". It's not fully explained what this means. Will, for example, unchecking this stop photos I add to Lightroom from being stored in the Cloud? What is a "library"? Further, where can I specify that I do NOT want files that I UPLOAD to be copied locally to my other devices? Adding to this, there was no wizard of guide to tell me about these things when I installe
When you place a file in InDesign there is an option that allows you to Show Import Options. These options differ for Ai files, psd files and other file types. For instance with Ai files you can select which artboard to place and select a cropping area such as bleed or media etc. With psd files you can select the layers or layer comp when placing. This option to Show Import options when placing in InDesign from the assets panel is sorely needed.
It should be possible to allow/disallow the download the revision file sent to the client.
It would be so nice if we could pass the ownership of a library from one user to another. Now we have libraries owned by a user who should not be owner of the shared libraries aymore, and we need to download the libraries and share them again. But nobody knows what will happen to all the files that have icons and colours etc linked to the libraries that we used to have. It needs to be possible to change the owner!
Adobe Color (adobe.color.com) palettes are currently restricted to 5 swatch colors, no more, no less. It is an easy and quick tool to use in the early stages of brainstorming a color palette, but not every color palette has exactly 5 colors. A range of 2-10 swatches would make this a usable tool, as opposed to one that becomes unusable midway through using the tool to try out ideas. Other online sites have added customizable ranges and features that are consistent with Adobe Color. It is baffling that Adobe has kept a strict 5-swatch range on Adobe Color since 2012 without improving its usability.
