Seemingly fine audio goes in Premiere and starts having random audio distortions, it's just a weird noise every several seconds to minutes. The original source sounds completely fine in media players outside Premiere, sounds fine in Davinci too, but inside Premiere it does not, and once it's re-encoded by Premiere it permanently ruins the audio and now you hear that in all the media players, youtube etc.After tinkering with it for hours I have finally found that it's a bad decoding of left and right channels inside Premiere, making the track dual mono removes that noise. Hi, I have troubles with cloud documents in apps past few days? If I want to open anything from my cloud (either home screen - your files, or open - open cloud documents and then the cloud documents panel) If I want to scroll my files its extremely laggy and only 5-6 rows will load at a time, hovering above .aic files freeze the whole panel, opening anything is almost impossible, cant search through search bar (1 minute per one letter will appear and even if I hit enter nothing will happen). Even cancel or local documents button (bottom ones) are frozen, only macs close button (small red circle) on the panel works at this point. I tried so many things, latest version, version before, uninstalling, restarting, stopping content synchronizer, deleting old airobin files, clearing cache - nothing. Photoshop is same. Only thing that works is Illustrator 2025 anything 29.0+ then it works like a champ, no lag extremely quick, search is instant. Also its normal through creative cloud app.  I ha

When loading Illustrator or Photoshop it uses 95% of my Memory and 2% GPU and 30% CPU. This is only after the last update of these apps. I have squired the internet and asked many Software Engineers what is going on. They say it’s the software. This is how you can reproduce this bug:1. Open a PDF file;2. In “Menu->Preferences->Page Display”, uncheck “Always show document size page”;3. In “Menu->Preferences->Documents”, check “Restore last view settings when reopening document”;4. In the right-side panel, click “Resize the page to fit vertically within the window”;5. Close the PDF file;6. Open the PDF again and see that the static page size and empty horizontal scroll bar are still present in the bottom left corner of the screen.7. Also, please remove the empty horizontal bar to the bottom where the page size in contained. It should be shown only when pages are zoomed in! 

Shortcuts work while typing a prompt in the contextual taskbar in Photoshop. Just in the last few days my CC Libraries are loading really slowly and sometimes they never load. I've done all the troubleshooting on this page and NOTHING HAS WORKED! https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html All my apps are up to date. I'm on Mac OS 13.7.4. PLEASE HELP!

Users disabled through Federated Identity (OIDC) should be automatically re-enabled when the identity provider marks them active again. Federation is the source of truth, so status changes should sync both ways.

The past couple of weeks my team has been experiencing very buggy scrolling behavior in Share for Review. Especially in Safari. It seems like continuous scroll has been removed? On large documents, it's very difficult to view the bottom of a page. As soon as you barely reach it, Review brings up the next page and puts the top of it at the top of the screen.

Unless the process is killed within seconds, it consumes all physical memory and the page file. I have observed a single Acrobat.exe process with a commit size of 32.8 GB on one occasion and 59.5 GB on another, with total system commit reaching 90 GB. Windows becomes unresponsive and requires a hard reboot. Nothing visible is happening in Acrobat at the time; the growth begins as the document closes.STEPS THAT REPRODUCED IT1. I have several libraries created for some page layout marks I use everyday in InDesign. After I work on one file, the next file I open, the CC Libraries panel is frozen. I cannot select anything or change libraries. All I can do is collapse the panel. I’ve tried dumping caches, library files and the only thing that works is to restart the program.Is there a fix for this? Is there anything to try to keep the panel working for more than one file?

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with intermittent white flashes that occur regularly (every 20 to 30 seconds) when I'm working on images in Photoshop. This issue only occurs in Photoshop; Lightroom Classic works perfectly without any flashes. My setup:  Windows 11 Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (up-to-date drivers) Monitor: Eizo ColorEdge CG2700X (4K UHD, connected via an original DisplayPort cable)  Current workaround: The only way to completely stop the white flashes is to deselect  “Use GPU” option in the Performance preferences. This confirms the existence of a bug related to V-Sync or the display area refresh rate between the latest Photoshop engine and high-end NVIDIA GPUs on professional 4K monitors. I hope an update will be released soon to fix this very annoying bug.

CC Library panel is CONSTANTLY freezing up. Every single day, it never works. This has been going on for months. PLEASE fix it. Frustrating to see all these posts about this same issue and not a single one of them has been addressed. This problem has been happening for WAY too long for Adobe to continue ignoring this.

CC Libraries keep reporting broken link, even though nothing is broken and the Libraries and all connected. This happens with my files and other clients which i have opened, this happens intermittently every 4-5 mins anyone else had any issues or is this Adobe’s end ? 

The attached PDF file has some filled+outlined text. In Acrobat Pro, select “Use print production” and then “Save as PDF/X”. Choose “Convert to PDF/X-4 (Coated FOGRA39) and press OK. The resulting PDF now has incorrectly rendered text.Expected: Filled letters are aligned with their outlines.Actual: Filled letters and their outlines are offsetted.

I would like to report a display/UI issue affecting Adobe Acrobat Reader on Android tablets.The problem started with the app version released on August 30, 2026 and is still present after the September 2, 2026 update.On Android tablets, when the device is used in landscape orientation and I highlight some text, the color palette is not displayed correctly. I have color libraries set up specifically for different clients. Many times, the CC libraries panel “gets stuck” on the last color palette I had open and will not let me switch to a different one. In this screen shot, you can see “holocaust museum.” When I click on the arrow to the left of the Holocaust Museum label, it does nothing. Restarting does not help either. This problem comes and goes. Tomorrow it might work or three days from now it might work. Currently, it has been stuck here for a day. It is super annoying, disrupts workflow and makes this feature unusable. I’m using version 21.4.1.
