I'm having trouble with CC Libraries changing the names of links when packaging an illustrator file. I've already been using the method of having to duplicate an asset within the library assets to make sure the name of the asset in the library isn't changed to 'Artwork 1', which isn't ideal as I have to test and do this more than once sometimes. I need my assets to retain their assigned names when packaging a file that uses Adobe CC library assets as I work in a large team and we absolutely cannot have these random named assets being outputted!

Working version: 26.2.2 Broken version: 26.3 Issue: Certain clips that were recorded landscape but interpreted/registered as vertical display correctly until scaled up. Once scaled, playback and export show distortion and flashing rainbow glitch bars. Rotation is not the trigger: rotating the clip does not cause it by itself. Scaling does. Scope: Happens in a brand-new test project and existing projects. Audio: Audio playback/export is unaffected. Confirmed workaround: Rolling back to 26.2.2 immediately resolves the issue with the same media and project. Tested: Media cache cleared after rollback. Hardware: Macbook M4 Max, OS version Tahoe 26.5.1

Hello! For the last few versions or so, I’ve noticed that in Acrobat Reader for iPad, the PDF thumbnails occasionally disappear. Even if I close the app completely and then reopen it, the thumbnails don’t reappear (the classic red and black Adobe icon remains next to the file name). The only way to get the thumbnail back seems to be to delete the file and replace it with a previously saved copy. This problem started occurring when the small window showing some of the ‘Recent’ files was introduced in the ‘Files’ section, in the top-left corner of that section (previously, ‘Recent’ files were only available via the ‘Home’ section). I’m using a ninth-generation iPad and have installed the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I realise this isn’t a major problem, as the content of the PDFs remains unchanged, but it would be great if a solution could be found to prevent the thumbnails from disappearing. Thank you.

Can Adobe please fix this annoying unnecessary pop up tutorials in the library?? How many times should i click pass this and keep my Tooltips on disable but these annoying ADS won't go away??? Fix this! We don't want this!

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a solution I discovered after struggling with a very frustrating Adobe performance issue on a high-end Windows PC.For a while, Adobe apps were randomly freezing and lagging in the UI, even though my hardware specs were more than enough. The issue was not normal rendering lag or export-related performance. It was mainly happening inside the interface itself.The symptoms were:Adobe apps would freeze for around 5 seconds. After the UI became responsive again, it would freeze again shortly after. Menus, panels, preferences, export windows, and general UI interactions would become delayed or unresponsive. GPU usage was not high. CPU usage was not high. RAM usage was normal. The system looked completely fine in Task Manager, which made it feel like the problem was coming from Adobe or Windows rather than from the hardware.After trying multiple things, I found the cause by accident:Microsoft PC Manager was running in the background.Once I completely closed Micros

I have to quit out of InDesign and reopen. The library will work for a little while and then stop working again. Can't select anything, can't scroll, can't drag items to my workboard. This only started happening when I upgraded InDesign yesterday.

I have several libraries created for some page layout marks I use everyday in InDesign. After I work on one file, the next file I open, the CC Libraries panel is frozen. I cannot select anything or change libraries. All I can do is collapse the panel. I’ve tried dumping caches, library files and the only thing that works is to restart the program.Is there a fix for this? Is there anything to try to keep the panel working for more than one file?

I heavily rely on the CC libraries for speed of CRE book productions. The CC library InDesign panel becomes inactive and freezes. When expanding the panel it streches like a flat jpeg. The troubleshooting either does not help or gives temporary relief for a couple hours tops. I shouldn't have to log in/out of Adobe to get the CC library panel to work for a limited amount of time. 

We wasted a lot of time trying to share documents for review at our firm, because the links created by the CC desktop application (in the Files area) don’t work. Recipients of the links get a “You are not authorized to view this file” error. There is no apparent way to authorize anyone, either.It turns out that there are several problems in play here:If the file happens to be a PDF, Adobe just removes the Share option from the menu. This is not correct behavior. If an option exists but is simply not currently available, you grey it out. You don’t just make it disappear. This is UI 101. By greying it out, you show the user three critical things: A. The function exists. B. Where it resides C. In the URL Contributors Post Submission - In Rejected Tab and Contributors Post Submission - In Review Tab the image thumbnail title should appear as the image title field. However, the image title is showing on all images as “Content title”. The div element is not updating with the title of the upload/in review image title as per user definition. Ex: image title is “Summer day”, but when the move is over the image the title appears as “Content title” and not “Summer day”. The title is not coming from the img element, but from a div element which as a static title. I have attached two pictures to explain the issue. 

Can you please fix this issue, its forever stuck on one set of libaries when i need to pull assetts from other brands im working on 

After my last update. Whenever I open an asset from the library and modify and save, it becomes unusable and damged in the library with the cc icon instead of the original thumbnail.  

after a while the CC Libary in *indesign freezes and doesn't work anymore. awful

Depuis quelques temps, les bibliothèques CC ne fonctionnent plus, que ce soit sur illustrator, photoshop ou indesign.J'ai désinstallé les mises à jour les plus récentes, je suis repassée aux versions avec les assistances sur le long terme, j'ai même télécharger le soutils d'installation et de réparation d'Adobe Cloud et des librairies, rine n'y fais.Soit les bibliothèques apparaissent vide, soit il n'y a qu'une partie de leurs contenus. Sur Cloud et en ligne, elles apparaissent toutefois complète. Parfois, en rédémarrant, elles reviennent, mais disparaissent à nouveau après quelques temps.

Illustrator CC library keeps freezing on illustrator 29.5.1. everything else works still, just the library panel freezes and you cant select anything. only work around is closeing the illustrator and re-opening up everything. 

New gradients are automatically added/ created for no reason. Theses gradients cannot be deleted / modified without Indesign crashing right awayThe action of ‘Selecting unused swatches’ doesn’t select these gradients, despite nothing using them.     Fred

When a user tries to sign a document, an error message appears.“You will be redirected in 3 seconds”“Something went wrong. To proceed with completing this agreement, we will redirect you to our classic experience, which will clear any signatures and initials you entered in this agreement.”This document has 2 fields Signature and text field.We have tested a document that worked prior in Dec 2025 which had no issues and the same document now produces the same issue.End user’s device is Windows 11 will all Windows and Firmware patches completed.This is happening to more than one user across multiple documents.  

I am running MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 on an Apple M4 Max, and Premiere Pro (+ Media Encoder) 26.0.2.When sending any sequence from Premiere Pro to Media Encoder, the text and/or captions do not appear in the Media Encoder preview or the final file.I have recreated the issue using a range of export presets/formats, a variety of the standard sequence settings and various fonts. The issue happens every time.It has occurred when using the absolute simplest sequence possible: new project, saved on desktop, new default sequence, a single graphic layer featuring the default ‘New Text Layer’ text & font, but when viewing the preview in Media Encoder, it features nothing but black.The issue does not occur when exporting from Premiere Pro.

We used to be able to place an inDesign document onto an inDesign page and export it for print or screen viewing without issues. In the current 2026 version it either screws up the color export settings (for example, text that is solid black is exporting as a built black) OR causes issues with the PDF export like file corruption and missing elements.

When I try to search across all libraries for an item I get no results found. If I swich to the individual libraries search works as it should. This has only just started happening after years of use.

CC Library panel is CONSTANTLY freezing up. Every single day, it never works. This has been going on for months. PLEASE fix it. Frustrating to see all these posts about this same issue and not a single one of them has been addressed. This problem has been happening for WAY too long for Adobe to continue ignoring this.
