Intermittent white flashes every 20-30 seconds with RTX 4090 and Eizo CG2700X (Windows 11)

Hello, 
I'm experiencing an issue with intermittent white flashes that occur regularly (every 20 to 30 seconds) when I'm working on images in Photoshop. 
This issue only occurs in Photoshop; Lightroom Classic works perfectly without any flashes. 
My setup:  
Windows 11 
Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 (up-to-date drivers) 
Monitor: Eizo ColorEdge CG2700X (4K UHD, connected via an original DisplayPort cable)  
Current workaround: The only way to completely stop the white flashes is to deselect  “Use GPU” option in the Performance preferences. 
This confirms the existence of a bug related to V-Sync or the display area refresh rate between the latest Photoshop engine and high-end NVIDIA GPUs on professional 4K monitors. 
I hope an update will be released soon to fix this very annoying bug.
