Illustrator CC library keeps freezing on illustrator 29.5.1. everything else works still, just the library panel freezes and you cant select anything. only work around is closeing the illustrator and re-opening up everything. 

New gradients are automatically added/ created for no reason. Theses gradients cannot be deleted / modified without Indesign crashing right awayThe action of ‘Selecting unused swatches’ doesn’t select these gradients, despite nothing using them.     Fred

When a user tries to sign a document, an error message appears.“You will be redirected in 3 seconds”“Something went wrong. To proceed with completing this agreement, we will redirect you to our classic experience, which will clear any signatures and initials you entered in this agreement.”This document has 2 fields Signature and text field.We have tested a document that worked prior in Dec 2025 which had no issues and the same document now produces the same issue.End user’s device is Windows 11 will all Windows and Firmware patches completed.This is happening to more than one user across multiple documents.  

I am running MacOS Tahoe 26.3.1 on an Apple M4 Max, and Premiere Pro (+ Media Encoder) 26.0.2.When sending any sequence from Premiere Pro to Media Encoder, the text and/or captions do not appear in the Media Encoder preview or the final file.I have recreated the issue using a range of export presets/formats, a variety of the standard sequence settings and various fonts. The issue happens every time.It has occurred when using the absolute simplest sequence possible: new project, saved on desktop, new default sequence, a single graphic layer featuring the default ‘New Text Layer’ text & font, but when viewing the preview in Media Encoder, it features nothing but black.The issue does not occur when exporting from Premiere Pro.

We used to be able to place an inDesign document onto an inDesign page and export it for print or screen viewing without issues. In the current 2026 version it either screws up the color export settings (for example, text that is solid black is exporting as a built black) OR causes issues with the PDF export like file corruption and missing elements.

When I try to search across all libraries for an item I get no results found. If I swich to the individual libraries search works as it should. This has only just started happening after years of use.

Like others have experienced, my CC panel in Photoshop is completely unreliable. Some times it works, sometimes it doesn't. I'm tired of closing all of my open files and restarting just to be able to get to an asset. This has been going on forever, and seems like it will never be fixed. I'm far too busy to be playing around with this problem. 

I’ve shared multiple projects with 2 of my colleagues (we all use personal accounts), and I’ve checked that their access rights are set to “can edit”. The projects only have Illustrator cloud files in them.They can both see all the files in each project, but when they try to open any, an error message says they don’t have access.I can only find answers about this relating to team/entreprise accounts, not personal accounts. How can this be resolved? Thanks! Close

I have several libraries created for some page layout marks I use everyday in InDesign. After I work on one file, the next file I open, the CC Libraries panel is frozen. I cannot select anything or change libraries. All I can do is collapse the panel. I’ve tried dumping caches, library files and the only thing that works is to restart the program.Is there a fix for this? Is there anything to try to keep the panel working for more than one file?

CC Library panel is CONSTANTLY freezing up. Every single day, it never works. This has been going on for months. PLEASE fix it. Frustrating to see all these posts about this same issue and not a single one of them has been addressed. This problem has been happening for WAY too long for Adobe to continue ignoring this.

Hi everyone, I've been experiencing this problem with Creative Cloud Content Manager for a few days now. I've noticed that the process in Activity Monitor spikes to 100% and stays constant, sometimes even reaching 180-190% CPU usage, without me doing anything. It happens immediately after startup and stays that way for several minutes.My configuration is:iMac 2020, OS: 14.8.3 (23J220), 3.8 GHz Intel Core i7 8-core, 32GB RAM.Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.8.1.865.Can anyone help me with this problem? Can you please fix this issue, its forever stuck on one set of libaries when i need to pull assetts from other brands im working on 

CC Libraries will not initialize. Followed all suggestions within Adobe Community. No luck. Note: I keep minimal CC Libraries active at a time, and I back up then deactivate all project libraries that I am no longer using. Have logged out and back into Adobe CC. Have closed and reopened programs. Libraries will not initialize for use.

For the last week, after a recent update, my libraries keep freezing after about an hour of use or if I go into another program.  The only way I was able to get past this was fully closing the program and reopening again. I also have a problem with saving my files as well.  We use onedrive in our office.  Now when I try to save my whole computer lags.  If illustrator is not open there is no problem.  The only way around this while I am working is either pausing the sync or quiting onedrive.  Illustrator V 29.5.1MacBook ProApple M116 GB Memory OS - Sequoia 15.5

This used to work somewhat reliably over the last few releases but now it's buggy as anything. I copy just "Details" to avoid overwriting other settings, but after 50 images the feature just gives up. I've got 96GB of RAM and 4TB SSD with about 750GB of available space. It's a 2023 Macbook Pro M3 Max. Latest available LR version as of time of writing this. The whole point of this Mac was to speed things up, but now Lightroom is slowing me down to a grinding halt. Absolutely outrageous.  I've restarted the Mac, I've updated Lightroom. Nothing solves this issue. Pasting all settings again doesn't solve it. This software is so broken it's actually becoming a joke that I have to pay for this mess. 

Can't pull icons från CC Library in ID, what's going on? 

My library panel inside photoshop, illustrator, indesign, etc keeps freezing. I have to close out the app and shut down close CC and reopen them to get it to start, but it will only work for a couple minutes until it freezes again. Very frusterating as I have all branding and assets uploaded to the library. I've seen other posts with this issue in the past but no fixes.
