Issue: When using an external plugin panel (TK9) or native background selection tasks, the selection is successfully generated, but the visual canvas layer fails to refresh the screen buffer. The marching ants remain completely invisible on a brand-new desktop PC. Workaround: If I press the "Q" key twice (toggling Quick Mask mode on and then off), it forces a manual GPU frame redraw, and the marching ants immediately appear on the photo.Steps to Reproduce:1. Hello Adobe Support,I'm experiencing an issue with Photoshop that started today.Until yesterday, I was able to use Share for Review without any problems. Today, when I try to use it, I receive the following message:"Cannot use the feature because it is not available. Read aloud function is completely broken. When I click “activate” adobe stops responding and the only way to stop it is to end task in task manager. 

I wanted to share ongoing issues I’ve been experiencing with Creative Cloud Libraries. For several years now, the Libraries panel has been extremely unreliable. About 80% of the time when I open a document, the Libraries either freeze, fail to load, or show nothing at all. This happens across different apps and on multiple machines.Libraries are a core part of my workflow, and it’s been frustrating to rely on a feature that consistently doesn’t work. I’d really appreciate it if Adobe could investigate this and prioritize a long-term fix. The functionality has tremendous potential, but right now it’s very difficult to use.

PShop 27.8.0Mac OS 15.7.7 I have tried to open 2 different psb files and have received the message: “Could not open "xxxxx.psb" because a linked smart object file is missing”. I’m unable to relink the smart object (whatever it is referring to) as I can’t open the file. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY

When deleting workspace "Windows->Workspace->Edit Workspaces" error happens “A dynamic_cast has failed”, if any workspace has then selected. AE 2026

Adobe XD shared links are not working. Error:- Something went wrong.

Specifically, using the Concept to Vector feature. It fails almost immediately. Message: “We're experiencing high demand. Please wait and retry your prompt soon. Thank you for your patience.”  

Is it possible to give k-12 account admins more latitude when it comes to allowing features?  Currently we cannot access STOCK, etc.

Hi everyone,I wanted to share a solution I discovered after struggling with a very frustrating Adobe performance issue on a high-end Windows PC.For a while, Adobe apps were randomly freezing and lagging in the UI, even though my hardware specs were more than enough. The issue was not normal rendering lag or export-related performance. It was mainly happening inside the interface itself.The symptoms were:Adobe apps would freeze for around 5 seconds. After the UI became responsive again, it would freeze again shortly after. Menus, panels, preferences, export windows, and general UI interactions would become delayed or unresponsive. GPU usage was not high. CPU usage was not high. RAM usage was normal. AI 30.5.1, MacBook Pro 16-inch, Nov 2024, MacOS 26.5.1 - When switching from 2 monitors to only the built in display, the Libraries palette becomes stretched vertically and unusable. All other palettes remain normal.  

Working version: 26.2.2 Broken version: 26.3 Issue: Certain clips that were recorded landscape but interpreted/registered as vertical display correctly until scaled up. Once scaled, playback and export show distortion and flashing rainbow glitch bars. Rotation is not the trigger: rotating the clip does not cause it by itself. Scaling does. Scope: Happens in a brand-new test project and existing projects. Audio: Audio playback/export is unaffected. Confirmed workaround: Rolling back to 26.2.2 immediately resolves the issue with the same media and project. Tested: Media cache cleared after rollback. Hardware: Macbook M4 Max, OS version Tahoe 26.5.1

I'm having trouble with CC Libraries changing the names of links when packaging an illustrator file. I've already been using the method of having to duplicate an asset within the library assets to make sure the name of the asset in the library isn't changed to 'Artwork 1', which isn't ideal as I have to test and do this more than once sometimes. I need my assets to retain their assigned names when packaging a file that uses Adobe CC library assets as I work in a large team and we absolutely cannot have these random named assets being outputted!

Hi everyone, I've been experiencing this problem with Creative Cloud Content Manager for a few days now. I've noticed that the process in Activity Monitor spikes to 100% and stays constant, sometimes even reaching 180-190% CPU usage, without me doing anything. It happens immediately after startup and stays that way for several minutes.My configuration is:iMac 2020, OS: 14.8.3 (23J220), 3.8 GHz Intel Core i7 8-core, 32GB RAM.Adobe Creative Cloud version 6.8.1.865.Can anyone help me with this problem? The Issue:!--tgqphd||[]--> "Save for Web (Legacy) slice selections are locked together. Changing one slice format (JPEG/GIF) changes all slices globally."  I’m on a mac and using Photoshop 27.8 release. When I go to export multiple slices, like I’ve done a million times, it will now only allow me to export them as the same file type. Before I could save one slice as a gif or png while other slices would be a jpeg. Now, if I choose gif for one slice, it will make all the slices a gif. Same thing if I choose jpeg. I’ve worked through several troubleshooting steps to see if I could resolve the problem but to no avail. Hello! For the last few versions or so, I’ve noticed that in Acrobat Reader for iPad, the PDF thumbnails occasionally disappear. Even if I close the app completely and then reopen it, the thumbnails don’t reappear (the classic red and black Adobe icon remains next to the file name). The only way to get the thumbnail back seems to be to delete the file and replace it with a previously saved copy. This problem started occurring when the small window showing some of the ‘Recent’ files was introduced in the ‘Files’ section, in the top-left corner of that section (previously, ‘Recent’ files were only available via the ‘Home’ section). I’m using a ninth-generation iPad and have installed the latest version of Acrobat Reader. I realise this isn’t a major problem, as the content of the PDFs remains unchanged, but it would be great if a solution could be found to prevent the thumbnails from disappearing. Thank you.

Can Adobe please fix this annoying unnecessary pop up tutorials in the library?? How many times should i click pass this and keep my Tooltips on disable but these annoying ADS won't go away??? Fix this! We don't want this!

Hi, Libraries are freezing in InDesign and Illustrator. This has been happening for around 6 months and affects 3 out of 4 mac laptops in our team.All apps and creative cloud up to date. Only solution is to quit software and reload, we can only then add another 2 assets to your file before it then freezes again.I can see from the forums that this is a very common issue affecting a number of users currently. Is a fix in process?  Creative Cloud info below. All macbooks running Sequoia 15.5. InDesign 20.4.1. and Illustrator 29.6.1Thanks in advance.
