CC Libraries in 2026 Programs freezes up

I have several libraries created for some page layout marks I use everyday in InDesign. After I work on one file, the next file I open, the CC Libraries panel is frozen. I cannot select anything or change libraries. All I can do is collapse the panel. I’ve tried dumping caches, library files and the only thing that works is to restart the program.

Is there a fix for this? Is there anything to try to keep the panel working for more than one file?

      Mine freezes multiple times a day, despite trying all the fixes. It’s super frustrating and annoying that this is still ongoing after all this time.

        I was just about to complain about the same thing.  I also have a library for my crop marks for inDesign impositions.  Currently I’m working on ads for a company that I spent effort into saving all of their logos, brand colors, and font styles into a Creative Cloud library.  It’s wonderful when it works, but today I’m just getting the frozen image of the last load that distorts with the window.  So frustrating.
