CC Library Freezes

I have also same frustrating issue on Mac

Still having this issue after updating my apps. I just convinved my entire creative department to get on board using Adobe Libraries and now a handful of us are running into this problem. It's embarrassing and frustrating to deal with.

I am also having the same issue, Restarting the app is the only thing that resets the library. It is taking a lot of time away from work and has been going on for months. I have up to date apps that are the 2026 version now. This has to be a bug.

I'll pile on - the library freezes for me too. And it has for the last year. Great feature, still helpful enough to keep using it, but it is one lingering annoyance within the Suite. I would note there is a trend for various pros I know jumping off the Adobe platform- premium price and this feature bug has not been resolved in 2 years. Granted, this is my first post on this issue - but based on the users reporting here, Iam not alone. 

Is Adobe even listening? 

any update after a month (or a year of this issue recurring across releases)? i suspect not since there's no incentive for a monopoly to fix their issues when they have a stranglehold on a captive audience. hope you guys get a true competitor so you might finally stop spitting on your paying customers (read: unwilling and entraped creative)

Mine has completely stopped working. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon.

Yeah, this has been happening for many months through several major and minor updates of CC and MacOS, so it can't be a "get the latest version" or "you might be on an old version" thing. Could it be where there's the tinyest disconnect from the internet and CC Libraries just immediately freezes weirdly as an image (to avoid a temporary "offline" message in the pane?) and fails to reconnect??

I have the same issues - it is becoming unusable. 

The library freeze has this editable image effect where you can distort it but can't use the damn library. Seems like Adobe hasn't found a solution to this bug.
