Question

Adobe Stock files adding into default library is the most annoying feature ever

Just so you know, I like to manage my library by myself, not by you.

I NEVER add any image in my library, NEVER.

Now everytime I download a picture its automaticly added to my default library - witch doesn't have anything to do with stock pictures. And pass too mutch time online trying to find how do I turn off this really really (cannot say big words it seems) annoying feature.

Even after I manage to find how, you dit turn it back on. And this time, I don't find the option to turn it back off.

Did you know that there is other Stock service?! I guess I won't have this issue with them. I will keep that in mind when renewall come around.

Hi @stephaneparisdesign,

Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. I created a ticket to track and route this issue to the appropriate team. If you need to download another asset in the near future, this alternative may help in the meantime:

  1. Download the asset.
  2. Click on "Manage" in the popup that shows up on the top-right corner.
  3. The toggle you need should show up.

This parameter should be somewhere else: the only way to modify it is by purchasing a stock file, this is not convivial.

You should move that parameter to user's preference in Adobe Stock web page and/or in application's CC library window ''hamburger'' icon/preference.

It needs to be easy to modify, not a pop-up when purchasing a file and in my case, that windows is not showing if my Chrome windows is not in full display. (on my 34 inch ultrawide display, I never open Chrome in full width)
