Illustrator & Photoshop crashing Scratch Disk uses to much

When loading Illustrator or Photoshop it uses 95% of my Memory and 2% GPU and 30% CPU. This is only after the last update of these apps.

I have squired the internet and asked many Software Engineers what is going on. They say it’s the software. Cause that is the only changing variable.

fix your apps. This is all users from Apple to Windows. I have 46GB ram how in the world does one small Illustrator design use 46GB of ram.

I removed the links from the three user accounts with inappropriate names, all of which have zero posts or replies. The accounts are not what you thought they were.

Your post is in the Collaboration forum and it should be in either the Illustrator or Photoshop forum instead. I recommend starting with the Photoshop forum. Use this link to repost your issue:
