My Libraries have disappeared

In opening Adobe this morning and going through the new profile switcher details. No matter the profile I end up on my CC libraries have all disappeared.

I have re logged in and still same result - no Library files just a prompt to 'explore libraries' or create a new one.

This is not cool. I have deadlines and no files....
