Make the Creative Cloud Proxy aware

The Creative Cloud app used to be proxy aware, and this appears to have changed

This is impact the ability for the Creative Cloud libraries to sync as our corporate network traffic all goes via proxies.

Please can you fix this to make the Creative Cloud Proxy aware
