Shortcuts work while typing a prompt in the contextual taskbar in Photoshop. (In Polish version)

Shortcuts work while typing a prompt in the contextual taskbar in Photoshop. (In Polish version)
For example when I wanna type letter: ś (right alt + s) program open “Save as” window.
When I wanna type letter: ł (right alt + l) program open “Levels” window.
When I wanna type letter: ć (right alt + c) program open “Canvas size” window.
When I wanna type letter: ń (right alt + n) program open “New Document” window.

This is very annoying because I can’t type prompt in my language. I don’t understand why shortcuts are avaiable during writing in the taskbar window.
