CC Library keeps freezing constantly to the point where it is unusable.

CC Library panel is CONSTANTLY freezing up. Every single day, it never works. This has been going on for months. PLEASE fix it.

Frustrating to see all these posts about this same issue and not a single one of them has been addressed. This problem has been happening for WAY too long for Adobe to continue ignoring this.

I want to follow up on this, getting silly how many times in the day my cc library crashed around 10.

Adobe sort it out!!!

This is still happening to myself and a coworker as well. The only fix I’ve found is to restart the app. We love Adobe Libraries but this bug makes it unusable. Please fix in the next update!

Just following up on this as I can see the response from the Adobe community manager is from 2 years ago. This is constantly happening, despite doing all the resets/refreshes which are posted in various different threads on this.

Please fix this, it is super frustrating having to restart the programme 5/6 times a day!

It’s 2026 and CC library freezes on me everyday. Non of these updates from 2 years ago seem to of solved anything...

Hi,

Sorry for the wait - we have posted Ai 25.3 build with the fix, it's been available in Beta section. Please, install it to be unblocked. Animate 21.0.4 build 39603 is available under regular application section in CCD.
The fix in InDesign is coming soon, will post here once it's available on Production.

These builds has a fix for the problem when Libraries Panel is getting frozen / wrong scaling while working. We are also working to deliver a fix for the problem when Libraries hang after the machine comes back from sleep.

Sorry for the inconvenience one more time, this issue been the highest priority for the teams. It is not something that we could deliver as an independent update on Libraries side, but this required applications updates, which is currently in progress.

My Libraries window freezes up constantly...I have to restart the program to be able to use....90% of the time when I go open the libraries panel, its an unresponsive screen..

I still have the same issue in InDesign. All apps are updated. But I can´t scroll down to see all assets in CC Libraries. I tried to shut down and start again, but I still have the same issue.
