Adobe Collaboration Experiences

I keep getting false payment charges for different apps from adobe, either from my school account or my personal account. I already called to fix this last month for three hours and at this moment I am on a SECOND phonecall to get these charges refunded AGAIN!What the website really needs, besides abstract pages connected to pages that led me in a wild goose chase, is instead a *STOP ALL PAYMENTS button or a *CHANGE CREDIT CARD button, that way I can make it impossible to receive future charges for a product I NEVER ASKED FOR.As of now I am hesitant to ever download another creative cloud app again because of this issue, because even if I wanted to try software I don't want to be falsely charged for the rest of my days.Thanks.

As a user, I would like to add color to folder icon so that some folders stand out more than others. I had this option in Google Drive before I switch to Creative Cloud. Thanks!

all the sudden a message appear "out of storage, you used 16GB out of 2GB"!!!!more weird found, all the files deleted for all times were kept in the trash can, no expirations or auto delete after a period of time!!!

Due to living in a regional part of Australia, my internet connection is not the greatest. During the peak hours (5pm to 11pm) my internet crawls. I would like to be able to have auto updates turned on for my software, but be able to schedule times as to when it is allowed to download so that it does not happen during peak times.

Can we please share XD documents in Adobe Cloud Documents. Right now, all you can do is delete those files or view those files. Why can't you share the document so another designer/developer can have access to the latest revisions? For another computer to work on the file I have to zip the file, then share the link with them. Which means I can't then work the other person does, has to be pulled down, zipped, then sent back. Such an inconvenience.

I use csv-data to automate the creation of layouts. In csv-table you need full path to the image. How can I get a link to image in the cloud library? Found only a link to the library itself.

When i used the restore option on the delete menu. the files are not restored they simple disappear. Please bring back my files!

Need the option to view assets by group on the Assets Website.Groups appear across all Adobe apps and makes finding the asset you need much easier. The Assets site simply lists all assets and only shows colours separately. The grouping/view by group functionality needs to be available on the Assets website too.

Same user on the other machine - all files still available. Even the same if I check on the web. Not funny. It takes hours to get the files back from my backup.

Macs are fairly popular right? Would be nice to have a preview of Keynote, Numbers and Pages files on the browser version of Files. Not even for the whole document just the first page and an accurate File Type descriptor (aka not Octet)

I wanted to move my files into a folder with the "move" button but after done that more than once it's not working.. When I'm refreshing the page nothing have change and files remains at the same place.I think it's a bug or smthg because I never have such thing.And please update the drag and drop when we want to move files into a folder it's much easier !Thks

I have asked other members of the production team to put in comments in the XD prototype. First of all, I get a response from them after they have left comments, that they are not sure if they were posted so that I will receive them, or that they will even be stored somewhere. Secondly, when I go and see the comments, they only appear for a split second on the prototype, and then vanish. System says that there are no comments. I receive an email, and see those comments in notification bar, but clicking on them does not give me the context. Conclusion: You should make better UX for lodging comments, and give users response that they have left something and that the recipient will be notified. Then there must be a bug, as linking comments does not seem to work. Check, how Invision does this - it works well...

and PLEASE, don't let anyone else on my site. They all know what they are doing. Thieving hackers.

Make a movie about what I have to do after making and testing the app design in XD. Publish prototype does it, but then?????. Export, I get folders with. PNG and then????. What should I do with it?????? Very unclear all.Maak een filmpje over wat ik na het maken en testen van het app ontwerp in XD moet doen. Publiseer prototype doet het, maar dan ?????. Your desktop sync does not work properly. When viewing the files on the web I tried to download it manually. Would be good if I could download the whole folder at one time instead of downloading each file individually. Ideally it would be good if the desktop sync would work so I wouldn't even have to download from the web.

Tenho um protótipo com 100 telas e o primeiro problema que apresenta o Adobe XD é que demora muito para finalizar a atualização. Quando chega a 75%, fica travado por vários minutos para terminar.O outro problema acontece quando visualizo o protótipo online. Alguns elementos não são carregados, mas eles existem dentro do projeto.O que pode estar acontecendo? Qual a solução?Obrigado!

There is no EASY way to send vector file from Draw --> Illustrator^ That's literally the whole point of the app. This is a problem.I've searched forums far and wide, and tried everything i found. still no results. Please help! And Adobe, please make it easier. This action is the whole advantage to the app! So it's beyond INSANE that it is so difficult to send a file as a vector from Draw--> Illustrator. Again... PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!!

When using the app in a network that requires proxy settings, you are in for a rude shock as the app never works. It would be awesome just like in Skype, Telegram where you have a feature in settings/network that you can add proxy setting so you are able to update the app and also sync files

I am unable to delete some XD files from my deleted folder.

You have not enabled some of us who are from unsupported countries to be able to purchase the licenses, which to say the least is unfair and discriminative. For that reason, you should allow at least 5 free shared prototypes until a time where you will be able to support other countries to purchase licenses.

There seems to be a problem in syncing files for a month now. Our file name is correct, our internet is okay.. but we still get problems in syncing. There is also one time that our folder got duplicated. I tried to delete it but it keeps on coming back.. then when I access the website it says I cannot delete it. I kept trying both ways until I was able to get rid of the duplicate. Hope you could solve this problem soon. It is eating most of our time. Thanks.

It would be a lot of help, a way to categorize, create a flag or category for each prototype and thus organize by client and be able to generate a link with the list of prototypes created for each one.
