Adobe Fonts

I have fonts I need to activate.  I know this is basic, but how can I just activate fonts on my hard drive using creative suite?  Or is this something that it cannot do? 

I used to use Mac's FontBook. Eventually, I got enough font issues that I got Suitcase. I still had conflicts, but it was easier to manage them. But, I've never been 100% satisfied. Now that Adobe is Auto-Activating fonts, I wonder if I "need" Suitcase? Is it still going to make my life easier? On top of this is purging 7000+ PS fonts from my ecosystem now that they won't be supported. So, less fonts to deal with.No programs seem to enable me to hide/remove the long list of non-english-language and other unused fonts anyway.Opinions?

I'm a graphic designer and I set up my clients with a canva account after their brand design is done. I like to do this so they have access to templates and can easily put something together on the spot if they need it.  Unfortunatly I have NO idea how I can convert an adobe font into a file type that I can upload from my desktop onto Canva. Does anyone know how to do this?

I had three fonts become active unexpectedly through Creative Cloud, rather random ones. I have some files open, but none are using the fonts. I had recently opened the Adobe Creative Cloud Express, but about a half hour prior to notifications on the font activations. Should I report that and, if so, to where?

Hi! I have a Adobe CS6 Suite license and i'm willing to install some fonts of the Adobe Fonts to use in our publications. Does anyone know if it is there any way I can make those fonts available in this version of the suite? I tried in many ways to activate the fonts but the activation button doesn't show. Thank you for your attention!

Hi All,I'm hoping someone can help!I need to use a specific font on a website (ITC Avant Garde Gothic), however, I don't seem to have the usual activate font option or the ability to create a new project and assign it.I pay for the cloud service and previously setup projects but no longer seem to be able to.Any help would be very much appreciated. Many thanks 

Hello there,   I have a prepaid student subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud but when I want to activate any font of the website it says it is not available. On top of the fonts it says "These fonts are not included in your plan".   One example is Trade Gothic New. In the past I was able to activate a font like Trade Gothic New but I think it's because I can not add my current school to my Education Information. Which is strange because classmates are actually able to do so.   I want to know how to activate these fonts because as of now I am restricted of using these in group projects.   I am using Windows 10 with the latest version of CC (if that's essential to this issue)    

I am trying to activate Museo Sans in my Captivate. I activate the font in Adobe fonts. Still no menu option displays. Help!

Using typekit is slowing down my website. I would like to DOWNLOAD the font,  so that I can upload it directly to my website. Is that possible? License-wise, is that correct?

Hello, I have some basic custom fonts that I use regularly, but they are deleted regularly for no apparent reason. They are basic Google fonts without license restrictions. I have searched previous similar issues but couldn't find a definitive solution. Please help 

I was having a diffcult time trying to figure out to upload/activate a free font I received from daFont. After talking via chat to a rep that didn't know what they were talking about, I finally found the "Add fonts to Creative Cloud" button and began to upload my font. But now that font is saying that it's "already installed in this device", however, it's not showing up in XD. To test it, I uploaded other fonts and those work fine. I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Help much appreciated!

It seems like after every CC update I have to delete and reinstall all outside fonts.Anyone experienced this or have advice?

Hi, I am using Adobe font on our website. When I load my website, the font shows too big for a second, and then the actual font is displayed. For this when I am testing my website on the google page speed insight tool, the CLS issue shows.How can I solve this problem? Here is my website link.https://imerit.net 

I cannot open "Manage Fonts" in der Creative Cloud Services App on my desktop. Everytime I click on the link a red error message "Fehler!" pops up.If I try the same in my browser, everything works fine.What could be the problem?

Hello all, happy new year. I use for some time the Adobe Portfolio service but have a problem with the fonts. I'm living in Turkey and my website should be in Turkish. However when i write in Turkish, the letters & font is changing for non-english letters. I tried many fonts and still the same. Do you have a knowledge about how can i solve this? I'm using the website in English for a long time but some of the people/potential clients doesn't understand it. I couldn't find a place where i can ask that so i ask it here, sorry if its not the right place.Thank you for your responses and have a good day 🙂

Does anyone know how to ask Adobe to submit a font for their font library?

I'd like to ask you to add Icelandic to the "languages and writing systems" list in the left-hand filter menu. There are a couple of characters unique to our language, þ and ð, the æ character that is uncommon in other languages (afaik) and the accented characters áéíóúýö. Plus capitals and punctuation characters we share with German, I think.Filtering for fonts that have them would save designers working with icelandic a lot of time. As it stands, I have to put all these characters into the test text box and manually search for that, wich isn't the greatest font picking experience.  Looking forward from hearing from you! Sv.  

We are moving away from Type1 fonts in our environment so we can move to using all Adobe products eventually. We have three fonts that we use daily for our newspaper that I can't seem to find in OpenType. PoynterOS and Corona. Does anyone know where to find them or what are some good alternatives?

In the CC desktop app i can select Adobe fonts but wait a minute Web projects (showing on the Adobe fonts website) Is missing. All i see is Droid sans under 'Active fonts' Also when i search for any fonts i've used for Web projects they all show Available in CC, infact all fonts on the Adobe Fonts website have this and no option to make a web project - it used to show a </> icon i think. What am i supposed to know?

anyone have issues with Adobe CC fonts being "active" but not being visible or usable when in AI? My fonts have worked in the past but at some 'upgrade' my selected fonts are no longer active. They are active in the Adobe Fonts webpage and I've tried deactivating and reactivating but still no luck. Thanks for any insight to getting these workign again would be great.    

I have tried to download fonts into my Adobe products. Have activated them in CC and still  I get this error message and pink highlighted text in a previous report that is being updated.   Please help.  I am not sure what to do and need to move forward with this document. I do NOT want substitued fonts.This seems to be an ongoing issue for many. Why has this not been resolved yet? Thank you in advance for your assistance.
