Can't activate font says "Available with CC" but I have CC?

I'm logged in on Adobe and want to activate a font but it says "Available with CC" in gray. I have Creative Cloud so what is going on? How do I fix this?

We're having the same issue here, but it doesn't solve with signing out and in.
