Hi all, After install Adobe CC software, I would like to use adobe fonts, such as https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/futura-pt.But because my computer can not directly connect internet, would it be possible to use adobe fonts offline use? Where can I download the font to the computer? Thanks a lot.Regards, Hsu Yao Chang
Hi! I've been working with the Creative Cloud for a while now and never had any issues with activating fonts or getting access to any service, for that matter. A few weeks ago I wanted to open an older document in which I had used a downloaded font. A window popped up and told me to select a different font, because I didn't have access to the one I had originally used. After that, I tried to re-download the same font but I couldn't even click on the Adobe Fonts tab in the CC. Whenever I tried downloading a font it says "Access Denied. You do not have access to this service.". Why don't I? I did before and I have been paying the subscription regularly every month, so there shouldn't be any issue. I'm currently working with only the generic fonts that are installed from the beginning. Thank you in advance.
How do I prevent Adobe Fonts from deactivating my installed fonts? I use Figma as my primary design tool but have Adobe Fonts set up for a few of our brand fonts. Adobe Fonts keeps deactivating the installed fonts because it doesn't think I'm using them, which affects my downstream systems. It's a hassle to have to go in and get each one reinstalled every few weeks just to keep my workflow from breaking. Is there some way we can mark fonts to prevent them from deactivating? I'd like to be able to toggle this as a setting for a font family as well as individual fonts.
Hi there. I'm new to this, so please be patient! I have just created an Adobe account, and it says I can activate two free fonts. I am bringing out my first music album, and want to use the Cooper Black font on the cover, the cd notes, and in marketing materials. I've read the notes, but just want to check - am I right in thinking it is free to do this? Many thanks, David.
So, I have a professional license of Tofino Pro. I uploaded all of the fonts to Adobe Fonts. Most of them show up and work fine, but a couple of them will not show up on my Desktop computers or are displaying the wrong weight when selected. For example, Tofino Narrow Bold is not showing up, and Tofino Narrow Bold Italic is, however when I select it, it is definately not the bold weight. And to complicate things a little further, these weights seem to work fine on AI on my iPad. What could be the problem?
For years I have used Extensis Suitcase alongside my Adobe apps. Now using Creative Suite, I am beginning to think I no longer need Suitcase - am I right to think this?
Hi, is it possible to upload a font that is from a foundry that is not on Adobe Fonts or Adobe Typekit?I would like to do that so to be able to use it on my website, made with wordpress, where I can import Adobe Typekit fonts. Here is the font that I bought: https://www.myfonts.com/fonts/fontmesa/gold-rush/
I want to be able to look through all SERIF and all SANS SERIF fonts, eliminating all the rest. But there seems to be no way to select two or more font categories. I am sure it must be possible somehow?
I've hired a designer to create a book cover for me. As I understand it, if the designer of the font he uses on my book comes to me and demands I prove I have a license for the font, I need to be able to produce it. Where would my designer find that proof, and how could he provide me with a copy to show? Thanks in advance.
If this page could be the standard load screen it would be amazing. The Classification sidebar is super helpful and not there after performing a general search.https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts?purpose=desktop&ref=tk.com&referrer=dd01e5bd12
Hi Guys,Could you please let me know if fonts can be used in TV commercials?I know images can be used only up to 500k views and that may not be corporated in television program, video or other other digital production if the audiance is expected to be greater than 500k viewers in total. Is this the case with the fonts as well? I couldn't find any info about this. Thanks,Daniel
I am logged into my CC account and trying to activate a font. However, the font activation button is missing.
I have activated Interstate on my computer, but for some reason it is not in my "not activated on iPad' section on the creative cloud app on my iPad and when I search for it, it doesn't come up either. Are all the fonts not available between platforms or is this just a bug/error? Any help would be much appreciated
I have activated several Adobe fonts successfully and used them in both Adobe and non-Adobe apps. However I cannot get them to appear in Silhouette Studio Business Edition. I have followed the suggestion of looking in the folder C:\Users\…\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Fonts but there is never anything there. Can anyone help?
I'm currently using a creative cloud account that I've been using for freelance for quite some time. I'm now working at a charity and there is an opportunity to have them cover the CC cost. I have a number of sites utilizing my typekit (adobe fonts). Is there a way to transfer my account to a new creative cloud account that the charity will provide or is the best way to have the charity input credit card info into my existing account.
That function is a huge nuisance. When fonts are missing, system standard fonts are used instead, and you have no idea of knowing what font used to be applied to that design in the past because in various non-Adobe applications that font choice is saved. I have no desire to keep "reinstalling" fonts manually, and the lack of a bulk "reinstall" makes this feature a threat to quality and entails a guaranteed loss of work spent on getting the right look, even if you don't open every project file every month. Does anyone know if the function is possible to deactivate? If not, remove the feature please!
Blank cells, not words. Russian language does not work.HELP! It is impossible to use the service. What can I do to fix the problem?
I'm working on uploading my third party fonts to my Creative Cloud. It was fine for a week or so, but suddenly the other day, it starts giving me the error, "There was an error loading your fonts." It also isn't bring my fonts into any of the Adobe apps. It's happening on multiple computers, so I know it isn't internet connection or computer memory.
Several months ago, I found a stencil font on Adobe Fonts called Joschmi, in the family called Hidden Treasures of the Bauhaus Dessau. For a project in my graphic design class, I made a non-stencil font based on Joschmi. Now I'm turning it into a full display typeface, and I'm trying to figure out how I am allowed to use this custom font I made from an Adobe font. It is essentially my own non-stencil version of Joschmi, with a few alterations to square off the rounded caps.I'm not having any luck figuring out how I am allowed to use this custom font. I'm assuming I can show it in my portfolio and use it in my projects, but can I use it commercially? Would I be able to sell it, or allow it to be used for free by others? What restrictions would I have?Below is an image of my font compared to Joschmi.
Hi there. Does anyone know why Athelas won't activate on an iMac Pro running Big Sur?
I'm trying to find Blackletter typefaces. When I go to Type Kit I input "Blackletter" into the dialogue box and it says there's no results. Of course there is black leather type faces available it is a gigantic category of typeface. Can anyone please tell me how to use Typekit and why adobe makes it difficult?
Hi all, I am using an external e-learning platform and I am able to upload my own custom fonts. Having found my fonts on Adobe Typekit, I took to downloading them - which is great. However, I now need to upload my font files to this learning platform, after having transformed them to a WOFF file. My question is, where are these font files actually stored so I can gain access to them and transform the file type so they can be uploaded? Thanks, Harley
Are there and plans to add Welsh to the list of languages when searching in browse fonts.?
I'm looking for some advice on how to add Adobe Fonts to the Hugo builder. I'd rather not have to add the fonts I need as static woff files. Any help is much appreciated. ThanksRichard
I'm making a Package Design for a client, I'm using several Fonts from Typekit, like Forma DJR Banner and Bebas Neue Pro. I have an Adobe subscription and it says in the FAQ that I can use the fonts for personal and commercial client projects - does this mean the Client does not have to purchase a license themselves? It's enough if I have a license?I couldn't find this topic anywhere in the support forums, sorry if it's already been discussed. Thanks for help!
