I kinda already know what's wrong and how to fix it but I'm not satisfied with the temporary solution. I don't want to drop my scaling down to 100% and sign out everytime I need to open Premiere Pro CC 2020 only because the text, mask, etc. boxes won't appear on 125% scaling. It didn't do this before I updated from CC 2018. Plus if I drop the scaling down to 100%, literally everything is unreadable (1080p at 15.6" display). I can't directly contact Adobe about this, so I'm posting it here. I want a fix. Also, if there is another way of fixing this without dropping or increasing the scaling, I'd be happy to hear it.

You probably didn't understand my question. It is 60fps but peak framerate, but handbrake is downscaling that peak 60fps into the average 11fps for some reasons.

I recorded my phone's screen at 60fps and when I move it to Windows, it says it's 11 fps but plays really smooth. So it's just VFR working really well I assume (no I hate VFR, it's a pain in the butt to work on). When I went and convert the VFR video to CFR with Handbrake, the output was very laggy and only in 11fps even though I set the framerate 60fps Constant. I even tried putting CRF to 0 and making the framerate 120fps Constant which didn't help at all. Can somebody help me export this properly so I can edit it on Premiere which by the way also drops the framerate from 60 to 11? Original file (VFR) direct upload to YT (don't mind the audio, it's not me speaking) Tabs (unencoded) - YouTube (direct link if embed doesn't work) Encoded file (60fps CFR)... but it's only 11 fps. Thanks, it worked!!! Now everything is back to normal, except for the fact that Photoshop thinks I have 24GB of RAM because of the registry edit. No problems tho, again thanks!

I just realized this today because I haven't use photoshop since I updated into Windows 10 1803 (RS4). Upon launch everything seems fine, then when I open a project and added text, photoshop freezes and crashes without any "crash errors" like the RS4 settings bug. I tried updating and re-installing photoshop but nothing worked. When I launch it back up, it says GPU driver problems so it turned off GPU acceleration, which didn't help at all. When messing around I also noticed that Photoshop is only using up 512MB of RAM max when it usually uses up 1000 - 1500MB of RAM and 2200MB max. And every time I tried any filters, it will say "out of RAM" even though there is still 40% RAM available (4GB). So, I thought it was the Photoshop RAM allocation setting in Preferences > Performance. And somehow only the performance tab was broken (the others like general, export, etc were working fine). Every time I tried clicking that tab this happens: I can't even save that file because this happens every time I hit Ctrl + S: Every filter doesn't work because of "not enough RAM" So... I don't know what's going on here or how to fix it. I have tried everything but rolling back because I can't roll back to Falls Creators (1709) Edit: Sometimes the save function works, only if RAM usage by Photoshop is below 500MB.

I actually fixed this problem a long time ago by turning off gpu acceleration (OpenCL) on AME and Premiere CC 2017 (my graphics are HD 4400 integrated graphics). It might just be a driver problem because now I've updated to CC 2018 and the OpenCL GPU acceleration was automatically enabled without me realizing after a day and it works fine until now. You could turn off GPU acceleration in Premiere Pro by going to File > Project Settings > General and changing the Renderer into "Mercury Playback Engine Software Only". This will make Premiere render using only the CPU.

The lines are colored green and or purple, it horizontally crosses over the video. This only happens if I have 2 video layers in the same time, but when there's only 1 video layer in the same time, then there is no lines? What's causing this, is it because I don't have a dedicated graphics card? It's not the source footage because the source footage doesn't have these lines. Hello, I'm here to ask if there is the H.265 codec on Adobe Media Encoder CC, I'm using the latest one and it doesn't seem to have it. Other people in YouTube using the same version as me seem to have it. Must I have another program like Premiere Pro CC (I have CS6) or After Effects CC or something?
