Come on, people, it's borderline pathetic! Why is there no all-across-apps support for HEIC files in CC-Apps? I just tried to place some photos in HEIC format from my iPhone, just to learn, that ILLUSTRATOR does not recognize the file format… I KNOW that I can open them in PREVIEW or even LIGHTROOM to CONVERT them, but how hard can it be to use the HEIC-importer from LIGHTROOM across all the CC-Apps?

troubleshooting step #1: i trashed all Acrobat Prefs as described in https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792082?page=1 result: it's better now. Scrolling is still choppy and NOT SMOOTH, but at least using scrolling up and down is in some way usable again. Still, Apple Preview is MUCH SMOOTHER

I am a CC-subscriber, but for reading PDFs I am using Apple Preview because the stuttering choppy scrolling of PDFs is unbearable on an iMac with a Radeon Pro Vega (!) graphic card. Latest version, all accessibility features turned off… In Preview scrolling through pages is smooth as butter, in Acrobat the page jumps in 40 pixel jumps or more… It's rididulous. ADOBE, show some love to the Adobe Acrobat on MAC!!!

The have rejected it and I talked to them, and they said "Sometimes our system is not taking it the right way". But it is strange, that the PDF also says 211.0 - I will try to set it 211.2 and see what happens and report it thanks to all! and yes: .1 mm is incredibly small and that is a stupid way to handle uploaded printing files…

Hi I need to setup an document for printing. The book cover needs to be 211.1 mm wide. I change the width to 211.1 mm in the document setting and everything seems to be ok. But when I export to PDF, the resulting PDF has a width of 211.0 mm. My online book printer does not accept the "wrong" width. Any ideas what to do? Thanks, Karsten
