Hello awesome Adobe fans! I have a fun questions for you. I work for a cup manufacturer and we are stoked on this program. One thing in particular we are hoping to show is our ability to make crystal clear plastic cups. Our top knish in the world of plastic cups is our ability to give clarity in our cups so the cup is see through and/or have inside print. When trying this out on dimensions we yet to have any adobe credits for the stock site that has a "clear plastic" material but, there is a glass featured. When applying the glass feature I was able to make the obj file look very close to our clear plastic cup but, when I go to apply the art it's no where to be seen on the rendering. Good afternoon awesome adobe creatives and other amazing fellow creatives! I work for a cup manufacturer company and when I expressed how awesome it would be for Dimensions would be for us, my management decided to put me in charge of figuring out all the ins and outs of the program for us to created accurate renderings of all our lines of cups. We do in mold labeling which allows photo quality images to be placed on cups and this program will help greatly when we are trying to capture new clients. I had our engineering department send me a 3D file over but they didn't know what a OBJ file was and said they can't export directly from their own software but they did supply me a STL file that I was then able to open in PS and export as a OBJ file. This allowed me to view our cup in Adobe DN. BUT, I am unable to add decals to the object. I can add materials but not art. I saw on a previous question that there were something about UVs that are needed in order to place decals onto the object. How do we go about adding UVs to OBJ files or is that something that needed to be done on our STL files first before converting? Thank you again for everyone's help. ... View more

   Need a little help my awesome adobe friends! I recently replaced my fusion drive on my iMac due to a hard rive crash. After receiving it and putting all the software back onto the system I've seemed to lost the scale from center command on both Ps and Ai. I replaced the batteries on my keyboard and hooked up a USB keyboard and they both don't work. I then hopped onto Microsoft word and used the Option + Common key and I was still able to get different character letters on both keyboards. I've contacted Adobe and we spent a solid 2 hours toying around with setting and such and I've completely stumped them. Has anyone run into this problem? ... View more
