Need a little help my awesome adobe friends! I recently replaced my fusion drive on my iMac due to a hard rive crash. After receiving it and putting all the software back onto the system I've seemed to lost the scale from center command on both Ps and Ai. I replaced the batteries on my keyboard and hooked up a USB keyboard and they both don't work. I then hopped onto Microsoft word and used the Option + Common key and I was still able to get different character letters on both keyboards. I've contacted Adobe and we spent a solid 2 hours toying around with setting and such and I've completely stumped them. Has anyone run into this problem?
I absolutely think you should try uninstalling your current Wacom drivers (using the utility app in Applications>Wacom>Wacom Utility).
Reinstall using older versions that can be found here.
Try this and see if it works!

Did you install the software or just move it there?

Full installation. Downloaded CC and loaded the software. Even went back a couple of versions when I discovered this issue.

Are Smart Guides turned on?
Maybe you've run into that issue.

sadly thats not the problem. when I try to use shift and option together they just cancel each other out. I can scale from the center with the option but cannot keep it in proportion. But when I hit shift I then can scale from the center. Plus if you try to copy an item and drag it parallel across the work space they negate one another. So I'll either have it parallel but no copy or have it copied but not parallel lol. It's a real head scratcher.

This is my current headache, too. Did you get this figured out yet?

No x( it's still having that issue and photoshop's ESC key now deletes my type after I type it so I have to select the move tool. It's a nightmare haha.

Are you using a Wacom tablet? I had to reinstall older versions of the drivers as the latest update is what seems to have caused this.
Now everything works as it should. Hopefully that's the reason you're experiencing this frustrating issue as well?

Jeff- I've contacted adobe and they took temporary control of my computer and I believe that is one of steps he took including in the parent folder in the drives
DFAS- I am using a Wacom but I don't believe it's the issue. When I hold shift it works fine but the minute I hit option it cancels out the shift and vise versa. This is noticeable in PS when you try to de-select a layer for marching ants.

Hmm! Have you tried a different keyboard to see if it still happens?
