We will try and help our clients with this issue together with Adobe, however it is an Adobe issue as it seems that they are basically revoking or expiring all types of licenses (the license could not be pirated as the license would have to be valid in order for Adobe to revoke or expire it). Adobe call center staffs/online-chat staff seems to either have been instructed to say the license is revoked or don't know any better and so they say that any revoked license is pirated. This is the easiest way to get rid of complaining clients, and throws the problem back to the client and reseller; and in turn it seems like this is their way of forcing the client to go with the Cloud version they now offer. Thank you Sales Manager --------- Jeff, my version of Adobe was one I purchased while I was a student. All the above forums highlight that Adobe has been doing this to people who were students. As I downloaded your product from your website and then registered it through your website, I do not understand why if it wasn't genuine copy your website security did not highlight thie the two plus years ago I purchased. How do you explain the above articles and what advice do you offer me now because this was a legitmate purchase with a student discount? I would like my serial number re-activated as this is Adobe mistake by the looks of things. Unless you can explain to me otherwise?
