Hi, A few years ago I purchased Adobe Première Elements 15 & Photoshop Elements 15. The serial numbers don't work anymore, it seems I have to upgrade to a recent version. When I purchase an Upgrade License, what will I need during the installation, the old serial numbers (that differ per application) or will Adobe use another method to verify I can use the Upgrade License (instead of a New License)? Hi Jane, Thanks for the links. Will my existing license key for Premiere Elements 15 work when I download the new version Premiere Elements 19? There should be a way to either keep using v15 or use my perpetual license key for v19 if it's not subscription based. Thanks in advance, SJW

Hello, A few years ago (I believe 2017) I purchased Adobe Premiere Elements 15 and the license key worked fine. After that I didn't use it for 1,5 years. Now it does not work anymore. Does someone know if a license key for Adobe Premiere Elements 15 expires after one year...? Or if Adobe changed my perpetual license into a subscription without notice? Thanks, SJW

Hello Steve, Thank you for the reply. The Pinnacle software came with my PC more than ten years ago. I don’t use it anymore and can’t verify if it protects the DVD. I now use Adobe Elements. I’ll wait for a while before I decide to install one of those ripping tools. Best regards, SJW

Hello, Years ago I created a movie-dvd from some pictures and music in Pinnacle...apologies 🙂 Now I would like to create a MP4 of the DVD but I can't import the vob-files into Adobe Premiere Elements. The pop-up says the DVD might be protected. I also tried to copy the vob-files from the DVD to my c-drive and that didn't work neither. The files are just not being copied...I tried on 2 PC's 🙂 Does anyone know how I can create a MP4 from this DVD? Thanks in advance! SJW
