I do see that I am mostly editing raw photos. I'm not sure when this changed, my process has always been the same from the beginning... should i switch this setting somehow? Or is there a way for me to make those invisible presets appear again, even while editing raw files? I am having the exact same issue... presets show up in mobile app, presets show up in the link you just provided, but rather than them coming in dysfunctional like kissedbysunshine, they are not available at all.
