This method does not work well. Windows Ink adds noticeable lag to many programs including Photoshop and sculpting programs like zbrush. Even with press and hold and all of the windows settings off, the wacom pen still behaves strangely and if you click and hold on things, you still get a ring, but no actions. Today I finally fixed the pressure sensitivity in Photoshop 2017 with Windows 10 and the latest wacom Drivers, without having to use the dreaded windows INK. I guess Win Tab is no longer a service in Windows 10 or the latest wacom drivers, so I had to change it in the file. Hope this works for you all, this took me forever to figure out!!
