Hello, this week i did a fresh install of Windows 10 on my new SSD, and I've experienced the same issues. Start menu and search bar freezes for a period of time. I have to wait from 3 to 5 minutes until it works. It took me a week to find out it was the Criative Cloud app that was causing the problem. I have too many fonts synced, im gonna try to reduce them.
