Until today (PS CC 2018) I have used the solution to disable windows ink and put this file PSUserConfig.txt in the folder It is just a notepad file save as PSUserConfig.txt with this to lines # Use WinTab UseSystemStylus 0 I do not know how to resolve this in other softwares.

So far, there is no solution for the older versions. Only solution would be to use an older version of windows without this problem. Adobe will hardly launch a solution for the old programs.

I Just made a fresh install today. Windows 10 14393 (Anniversary) Adobe PS 15.5 20160722.r.156 x64 And the problem stills there! One curious stuff... Yesterday I was recording the screen for a tutorial the bar hide like in the god times. But if when I stop the screen recorder the bar comes up again!

TY man! That was the only solution that I found to keep pressure and disable Windows Ink. Windows Ink is a horrible API. Is laggy, especially with the Pen Tool(p), and have issues like the right click commented above.

In any other PS everything works fine without mark "Windows Ink"
In PS CC 2014 pressure only works if I mark "Windows Inks" , but is very laggy.
Especially when I use the Pen Tool (P)
Adobe needs to solve this problem. It's a shame to say that the problem is the wacom.
