so only specific images are available for extended licenses? Is there a way to filter image searches so I know which ones are eligible?

Seems like a basic question but how do I get an extended license? And if it's image specific is there a way to search by license type?

I just had teh same issue but with InDesign CS6 and it was a conflict with 1Password as well. Once I closed it the hand/spacebar started working again.
