Whenever I search for anything when logged into my adobe stock account it comes up with a page not found error message whereas when I search when logged out, I can see all images. When I try to go to my library to see images I have already liked, i get another error message saying my request could not be processed. Any idea what is going on? 

Adobe Stock search is completely unusable.Every search (e.g. "Scotland", "Nature", "London") briefly displays "Page not found" before automatically redirecting to the Adobe Stock homepage.We have reproduced this:multiple Adobe accounts multiple users multiple Macs/PCs Safari, Chrome and Edge logged in and logged out BelgiumDirect URLs such as https://stock.adobe.com/search/images?k=scotland also fail.Safari Web Inspector reports:"Failed to load resource: Redirect was not allowed" "Unhandled Promise Rejection: TypeError: Load failed"This appears to be a server-side routing or redirect issue rather than a client problem.Anyone know what is going on? Support closed my request without answering..  

When I type in the stock.adobe.com search bar, I get redirected to a ‘page not found’. Edit: I realise this isn’t just the search bar, it seems to affect more of the site and may already be identified on the Adobe System Status page under CC Community.

I didn't realize I have been subscribing to Adobe Stock for 7 months until I check the billing information on my account today. I have checked other posts on the same topic and over 90% of them face the same issue as I do-- they subscribe to a year plan for adobe stock without knowing about it. Adobe will give you one month for free but fail to inform you that will be charged $30 USD per month for the next year.    Now, neither could I cancel the subscription to Adobe Stock because I 'subscribed' to a year plan nor would I add money to my credit card to have Adobe continuously charges me until I receive my refund for all the money that I pay for Adobe Stock and have my subscription to Adobe Stock canceled.   It is difficult to believe a big corporate like Adobe would use such a cheap method to steal money from their customers. It is really disappointing. It is basically a scam and I need a proper explanation for it! 

Recently downloaded an asset from Adobe Stock (https://stock.adobe.com/uk/images/building-web-icons-in-line-style-hotel-hospital-apartament-city-town-house-mall-coffee-collection-vector-illustration/780136570?prev_url=detail) - this asset has clearly been created from a very poor quality image trace in Adobe Illustrator. These are also not editable strokes. I would imagine that all of the similar assets from this creator are the same.  Adobe needs a way of reporting slop like this. I would also like a credit refund for this rubbish. 

Hi! I have had a subscription to Adobe Stock for years for work. I logged in today and the main page when searching for assets is loading so insanely slowly. If I click on an image (to enlarge it and so I can see the caption and dimensions) it just buffers for 2-3 MINUTES before it loads. It’s so slow and laggy, and has never been like this before. This is practically unusable for me, as I am often searching very quickly through dozens of images for something that works. I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito, and turning off my browser extensions. It makes no difference. Wondering if something has been changed in the UI recently to make this so slow? Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If it isn’t fixed soon I will have to cancel and find a different service that works better. 

Infinitely loading in the app or it says it needs to be refreshed when tried in the browser. Nothing works.

This is a selection of photos rejected. all are minimal edits of naturally occurring phenomena, and I believe it is due to AI not understanding what Cloud Iridescence and Circumhorizontal arcs are, not a quality problem. (note these are downsampled, alternate vsns of the same .NEF edits of 3/24 submitted)

I took an image showing multiple characters in that image, duplicated the image applied making on the top layer selecting the person of interest. Applied Black & White effect on the lower layer. Next, I took an adjustments layer and applied an effect called Posterize time effect and as soon as I applied it the masking behaves unpredictive.With Posterize time activated.Posterize Time Activated Posterize Time De-activatedTroubleshoot: 1. I purchased 2 images and selected the SVG file format. The SVG file format has always been scalable images and can be opened in Adobe Illustrator. When i opened these in Adobe Illustrator, they are just rasterized images and have no vector qualities, making them less than useful. Why would they say they are SVG if they are just rasterized images? They both had the option to be JPG or PNG. I chose SVG thinking they would be scalable vector images when opened in Illustrator. Single icon that’s part of a larger icon set that is NOT labeled as Ai-generated in the art bio.I’m wondering why Adobe is accepting this poorly made Ai slop as premium assets, and what are they going to do about a better filtering and quality control system? This specific icon is part of a larger icon set available on Adobe Stock, there is no mention of Ai being used to create this asset and no other Ai tags in the bio but this is VERY clearly an Ai asset as you can tell by the inconsistent line work in the icon itself. We are paying for premium assets, and this is not it. As a graphic designer, I do not appreciate spending time searching for something, downloading it, applying it to my project only to find out on closer inspection that it looks like *this*. Hi everyone,I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Back in 2018, I purchased several image licenses through Fotolia. At the time, I never migrated my Fotolia account to Adobe Stock, and I no longer have access to the original Fotolia login.I now need to provide proof of license for one of those images (an image rights agency has contacted me and requested a dated license record, e.g. invoice or download history). Unfortunately, I have no way of accessing my old purchase history at the moment.My questions:Is there still a way to recover or access an old Fotolia account and its purchase/download history today? Can historical Fotolia licenses be transferred or linked to an existing Adobe Stock / Adobe ID account after all this time?
