I have a brand new Surface Pro 4 that I was excited to use Photoshop with, but there's a serious problem I've encountered. There's a delay with the brush tool and the Surface Pen for some reason. I go into the proprietary Fresh Paint app to test if it's the hardware, and in the app the pen and Surface work flawlessly, so it's an issue with Photoshop. How may I fix this? Thanks. ... View more
