I'm testing out Stager and so far I like it, but I'm not able to find a subdivision option like "smooth" in Maya. So far my solution is to simply bump up the polys in zbrush before I bring it into stager, but I feel like this could really bog down Stager if I work with larger models. Any thoughts?

Does anyone know of a script to do this? I imagine the script will have to take the height of the text-box and divide it by two. However, the size of the text will probably have to be taken into consideration as well.

Oh okay. I assumed the file was added as a linked smart object that could be broken. One more question: I can't seem to figure out how to make the logo show up on the bottom left rather than bottom right. Is there a line of code I need to modify or add? Also, how easy is it to alter this script to work in Illustrator? A completely new script? Thanks! Mat

I am looking for a script I can run that places my company's logo on the bottom left of the artboard in Illustrator. The actual script doesn't have to be this specific; I can program some variation myself. The script just has to take an object from a specific location/folder, place it in the same spot on the art board, and (ideally) embed the smart-object. Any help would be awesome! Thanks, Mat

Sim, I tried this method, but the problem still exists. I did try to change "Art Optimized" to "None," which corrected the issue, but any other artwork or text I include in the illustration becomes extremely rough around the edges. -Mat

Hi Guys, I am having a problem with exporting files for web. I am creating my new documents at 72dpi. I make a series of lines with a 1pt stroke and export the image (for web) at 72dpi. I am also exporting my images at 100%, so there shouldn't be any distortion from scaling. The resulting image has lines that appear to be 2pt gray lines while other lines look okay. I've attached the image below, and you can see the horizontal lines are thicker and gray (appearing blurry). Why is this happening? Thanks! Matt
