Search Bins do absolutely nothing

I've been trying to use Search Bins for years. I just did a shoot that I labelled dozens of shots as "Magenta" across several bins. I thought I'd give it another shot. I created a Search Bin filtering for "Label - Magenta"...nothing. I literally saw a clip labled "Magenta" direclty above the bin. What's going on?

I shut-down the app after posting and didn't think to keep the promts...but when I re-launched the app and put in the prompt as I recalled them, it generated three northern Europeans. I've noticed that when Firefly generates the initial images, if I try to change it (the style of the art as an example), it just generates the same thing over and over. Almost identically. If I shut it down and try again, I get different results.

No matter how hard I try, I can't get Firefly to generate 'vikings' with the correct nationality. I get four variations and only one is a northern European. When I ask it to generate a northern European, it makes no difference: the originally generated versions stay the same - practically identical.

Thanks, Kevin. Transcoded media to MXF op1a and was able to get back to work.

Using Premiere Pro 14.0 and getting an error-log of hundreds of these errors (Player:11). Working from MOV and MP4 files generated from Canon DSLRs. It has been bad enough to crash Premiere several times. Not willing to run off software, using all Adobe certified hardware, and running off an external HDD (doesn't make a difference if working locally). Any thoughts, suggestions, etc.?

I'd also add to this that the chart is misleading: you can back-up your files upon import with Classic as it allows you to import a second copy. You can even make the second copy your own cloud-storage solution at no extra cost.
