I need to create a floor plan on Illustrator or some kind of tool. I have CC installed on my PC. The room is 24x36. I'd like to get a grid representing feet and start outlining walls and corridors. Is there a specific template or layout for building floor plans? I am very familiar with Photoshop, and new to Illustrator. Please respond with specific steps.
