Adobe XD

Well... a bit related also to undockable panels/palettes. Simply I use to make different files for common components to emulate the "atomic" way of work. But now I can't see all linked components at te same "libraries" view. I've to click back and forth to select alternative library from other linked XD files.It's a waste of time and focus on workflow. I want to keep the color library, the type library and whatever library I've build side by side, so I can pick quick anything I need.

Yessss... sure it has been asked before elsewhere. Also, I'm aware that trend is to keep everything docked and fixed (at it has been to have Windws XD menu sticked to the left for years).But if any design tool out there still give us the possibility to undock whatever panel/palette/tool we want, is for a good reason: efficiency and speed. For example some of my most annoying, cognitive exhaustion and time wasting XD procedures are related with it.Constantly jump from Libreries Panel to Layers back and forth. Complex layouts uses hundreds of intrincate components full of elements with their own states and inner components.Simply I want to see all them seide by side, even grouped by category, not random as it is now.

I use Noto Sans TC, https://fonts.google.com/specimen/Noto+Sans+TC an OTF font by Google in some of the designs I made. However, it doesn't seem to work in XD. When I copy formatted text form Illustratot, I get a message that a font was missing, and the formatted text has type specification "NotoSansTC-Regular-83pv-RKSJ-H"? Also, I can select Noto Sans in the fontlist, but Noto Sans TC is missing. Any help appreciated. Using XD 39.0.12.12 on a Mac OS Big Sur 11.2.3

I have 2 issues here I need help with: (1) Mark for exportMy developer is unable to extract images from my design prototype for grouped elements (see screenshot 1 - he should be able to extract the gem images separately) even though I've marked them individually for export (see screenshot 2).   (2) Export @15739213I seem unable to select @15739213 (see screenshot below) and I don't know why.Can anyone shed some light on these 2 issues? Hey, yesterday i worked on a prototype und i was using the voice triggers. they did well! but today no response or action is showing in previw mode or on my iphone. I did not change something. So i cant find a solution... i restarded my phone , computer , router and adobe xd several ties. it seems like only the voice trigger arent working. Both on phone or computer. i Created another basic prototype just wit a single voice trigger. NOTHING. I need Help !

Hi,I've created a library to a document and published it. I want to use this library in many other docs and add items to it as I go, from many other documents. But the the Add ("+") button is gone in that spesific folder. instead there is a lock icon.Why can't I add an item to this libray.Here it is in other libraries where i can add: Thanks

I have temporary hardware issue with my Graphic card. Currently my PC is working only on debug mode only (win 10). I am waiting for courier with new Graphic Card. But on debug mode (even with network ON) I am not able to run Adobe Xd. I got this error ID: 5718. Any ideas how to run Xd with WIN debug mode until GPU arrives?

When i save a file as a local document and then later on when i open it again it crashes like maybe 5 or 6 times before i can open it again with no problem and that appears almost everytime btw Windows pc Anyone knows why? Thank you   {Renamed By MOD}

When sharing prototype with the cloud, the previous artboard action does not work with Keys & Gamepad trigger. I used key "B". The action only works in a local prototype.

After you design a prototype in XD how do you go live? 

Helllo, I'm designing a webpage in XD. On the homepage I have a list of names. I'm trying to create a design in which if the user hovers over a name then an image will appear on the page. Could anyone tell me if this is possible? Ive tried everything with componnents and hover states and I cant get it to work 😞 Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! Karl

I'm having problems opening a cloud doc in XD. Much like others with a similar issue, the loading progress bar hangs just before completion and XD freezes, even occasionally shutting down my mac. The file in question had been worked on collaboratively. I've been able to download the file from Adobe cloud but the same problem occurs when I try to open it. I have sent the file to a friend (PC, different user account) and he is able to open the file with no problem.  He has tried saving with a different name, copying the content to a new file including artboards and copying just the content without artboards. The file without artboards opens but XD is unresponsive. The file with artboards still hangs. I'd appreciate a rapid response from Adobe as this issue is now holding up delivery to a client. Cheers

Hello, I have acreated a banner eith autoanimate and would like to record it from the preview screen windows to convert it into gif, but it is showing a black screen with another dimensions. The banner is 350x250 px but I don't know how to resize the preview screen to that size. How can I resize the preview screen so that it only display the designs I have created at the dimensions I choose instead oa a blck background? Thanks!! 

Hy, I am Jashwanth and I have this same issue that is happening with other users which I came across please check the link, I am facing the same problem where I am not able to open that file when I try to open, it will load till the end and it's stuck there forever and that file is something I had been working on till afternoon ,I tried uninstalling the app and reinstalled it and I foud that there was an update within the 2021 version called XD v 39.0.12 but even after doing that it's not at all responding and the size of the file is not a concern I guess, but it is as small as 400 mb.Also my pc is capable of XD according to the mentioned minimum requirements. Please help me fix this issue asap,That would be a great help.Please help me fix this issue asap,That would be a great help.The link related to the issue i have been facing: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/get-stuck-when-open-file-in-adobe-xd/td-p/9889591?page=1

XD Source file is not able to find, also can't find in recent filesBut I can find that in Adobe cloud But how to open the cloud files in XD

I've been having issues with the link share function on the tool, it shows progress until reaching the 50% percent mark and it either gets stuck on that point, or shows a fail message saying that I'm disconected.I've been loking for solutions to this issue but haven't found any consistent solution to it, most post say that the problem is Core Synk, I need to solve this because my work schedule is getting stuck due to this error. I'm using Windows10 as my operative system and I'm running Adobe XD on the39.0.12.12 with Creative Cloud on the 4.9.0.19 versions. Could anyone help me with this issue please?

Why does Adobe XD freezes frequently while zooming to the artboard or when I try to edit text  or else it freezes when i create and work on more than 2 artboard? my specs- I have Ryzen 5 2600, 16GB ram, 4GB rx480 GFX but still it freezes. Hi everyone, I've been searching for a solution to this for ages now. I've seen couple of different threads related to this, from 2017, 2019 and one from last year, but apart from updating Windows with the Creator Update (which was an update in March 2017 I think), I didn't see any "solved" threads so I'm posting it again. Please Adobe, please take this seriously and respond something because all I see is that a lot of people are experiencing the same thing and it wasn't really aknowledged by any admin that anyone would even look into it. The problem, as a lot of people described: After a while, the undo function stops working. Sometimes after an hour, sometimes after 5 minutes. A restart solves it, but only temporarily, sometimes for 5 minutes, sometimes for more. Does not look machine specific, I have the same issue on both desktop and laptop.It also seems to be a Windows version issue, my collegues on Mac does not experience anything similar, but reading from the foru

I've seen multiple other posts since 2020 on this but I am still facing this issue and I can't seem to resolve it.  1. I have an active internet connection2. My files can be saved to Cloud 3. Plugins cannot be installed nor updated - it throws an error (disconnected from the internet) I've tried the following but no avail. It's been months now and I desperately need a fix!1. logout/ login2. Reinstall3. Updated to latest version of XD My system: Windows 10 

I wanted to share this issue that has been happening since the last XD update (36.2.32), and that is that files  aren't being saved for some reason.   Here is what has been happening with me.   ------   I am using XD as usual with no plugins, no nothing installed in it, just using XD as it comes out of the box after downloading it.   After a while I notice that ctrl/cmd + Z simply stops working, but the file seems to be saving as usual, so no big deal.   Sometime later I save the file one last time and close it.  When I open it again, I notce that I've lost all my progress on that file because XD stopped saving my file.   ------   It literally just happened to me and I lost about 2h worth of work, and it has not been the first time either.   I did notice that it usually happens whenever I try using XD with a cloud and a local file opened at the same time, but other than thaty, I have no idea what has been happening.
