How to Add YouTube to Adobe Express Content Scheduler
If you've been scheduling posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, or TikTok through Adobe Express and wondering when YouTube would join the party... it's here!
You can now connect your YouTube channel to Content Scheduler and publish or schedule video content without ever leaving Adobe Express!

Before you begin
Content Scheduler supports Facebook, Instagram for Business, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and X. Before scheduling your first YouTube post, you'll need to connect your YouTube channel to Content Scheduler. If you haven't done that yet, follow the channel connection guide first.
Also worth a quick check: make sure your video meets YouTube's media requirements for Content Scheduler. Format, file size, and resolution all matter here, and catching that before you schedule saves you a headache later.
How to schedule a YouTube post in Adobe Express
- Open your design in the Adobe Express editor and select Share.
- Select Schedule post.
- Select Channels, then check the box next to YouTube (and any other channels you want to post to at the same time).
- Add a caption for your post.
- Select Schedule and enter a date and time in the future — or select Publish now if you're ready to go live immediately.
- Drag and drop your video file into the upload area, or select Browse to add it from your device.
- Select the Add alt-text button to add a description that makes your content accessible to more viewers.
- When everything looks good, select Schedule or Publish now to finish.
A few things worth knowing
- You can post to multiple channels in a single workflow - so if your video is going to TikTok and YouTube, you don't need to run through the steps twice. Just check both channels in step 3.
- Alt-text isn't just an accessibility checkbox! It also helps YouTube understand your content, which can support discoverability. Worth taking 30 seconds to fill it in.
- If you're scheduling content in advance, double-check the time zone setting before you confirm. Scheduled posts go out based on the time zone tied to your account.
