Hi Everyone!! Several users experienced issues with Adobe Express and related Adobe services on October 20, 2025. This included difficulties loading the app, accessing or downloading files, encountering 404/504 errors, crashes, and Quick Action failures. Workflows connected to Adobe Stock and Adobe Fonts were also affected.   This issue was the result of an ongoing incident with our underlying cloud infrastructure provider. Our teams also actively worked to mitigate the impact and restore normal functionality as soon as possible.   We apologize for the frustration and appreciate your patience.   PS: This issue is now resolved for all users.     Here are some resources that provide more details on the outage. Hello, everyone!   We'd like to remind you that Adobe Express is not officially supported on any BETA versions of operating systems, including iOS, iPadOS, Android, macOS, or Windows. For desktop users, the same applies to beta versions of web browsers.   Beta versions can be unstable, contain bugs, and change frequently, causing compatibility issues with apps and services.     What you need to know!   If you're using a beta OS and encounter issues while using the product, we recommend switching to the last official OS version to ensure the best performance and compatibility. To opt out of iOS beta releases, follow: Settings > General > Software Update> Beta Updates > Turn it off. To get this version, please visit the App Store and install the latest update (version 26.7.0 or later). Most iPad models are compatible, but please visit the system requirements page to confirm your device’s compatibility.   File migration: If you’ve authored files on your iPad that haven’t been migrated to the new format it may be necessary to go through a file migration process to convert your files to be compatible (similar process to file migration on mobile devices). You’ll know if file migration is required because you’ll be presented with options to do so when you first open the new version on your iPad.
