Hi,
I’m an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscriber, but I’m unable to find the **LinkedIn Premium (3 months free)** redeem option in my Adobe Benefits page.
I checked the “Included in your plan” and partner benefits sections carefully, but the LinkedIn Premium offer is not visible there.
I’ve seen that this benefit should be available with certain Creative Cloud subscriptions, so I’m not sure why it’s missing from my account.
Could anyone please confirm:
Is this offer still active?
Is it limited to specific plans or regions?
Do I need to activate it from a different page?
Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated.

No help for me either, just been sat in a chat with an agent and they didn’t understand the issue for about 15 mins despite telling them clearly what it was and sending screenshots. Eventually they got what I was saying and I got told to wait 24-48 hours, looking at the previous replies it seems like it’s been for the past few months so I don’t know what 24-48 hours is going to magically do.

I don’t know exactly. What I think I’ll do is to try to chat with them or call them and escalate it to their bosses. I think the more of use that bug them on a daily basis the sooner they will get this fixed. Good luck!! Let me know if you find anything out!!
