Redemption link is not working on adobe.com/benefits for linkedin.

redemption link gets dimmed ever time when click and do not redirect to linkedin website

Few days ago when chrome extension offer for adobe was available then that link was working. I think many user now redeeming the subscription from airtel thanks app so adobe disabled the extra linkedin offer.🤔 I have contacted adobe support team, they told me to contact linkedin customer support team and share this community post link.

I saw a help article there saying contact adobe if link is not working.🤨 https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/answer/a7737016?hcppcid=search

I have raised a complain on linkedin regarding this. I’ll update here if any improvement occurs in this issue.

Redeem link doesn’t work, can someone help with this. Why is it there if it isn’t meant to be working because other redemption links like Mira work fine.

I am on an Adobe Premium subscription plan. When I click on Redeem on the LinkedIn Premium Career benefits link on my Adobe Account home page, nothing happens. It just greys out. I want my LinkedIn Premium benefits.

Same problem - they said it expired at the end of dec 2025 even though that was advertised nowhere, and they still had the 3 months premium benefit advertised jan 2026 - but apparently aren’t working to have that honored and have failed to get back to me despite promising this would go “up the ladder”… gonna have to sue for false advertising.
