How to Report a Bug in Adobe Express

Run into something not working in Adobe Express? Let’s tackle it together.

Sharing bugs helps our product teams understand what’s happening, reproduce issues, and fix them faster. This guide shows you how to create a clear, helpful report with no technical expertise needed.

Before you start

Check to see if someone’s already spotted the same issue in the community. If you find a matching post, add your vote, and add your experience in the thread! This keeps everything in one place, helps our team connect the dots, and solve things faster.

Note: Duplicate posts may be merged into a main thread so you can check one spot for updates!

What makes a good bug report?

Explain what happened, what you expected, and how others can reproduce it. Clear details make it easier to investigate and fix.

Include these details:

  • Issue summary: Short description of the problem
  • Product & version: Adobe Express (web or mobile app, if applicable)
  • Platform: Browser (and version) or device (iOS/Android)
  • Steps to reproduce: Numbered steps to recreate the issue
  • Expected result: What should happen
  • Actual result: What actually happens
  • Attachments (optional, but VERY helpful): Screenshots, videos, or sample files

Example

Issue: Downloaded design appears lower quality than expected
Product: Adobe Express (Web)
Platform: Chrome (latest version)

Steps:

  1. Open a design
  2. Click Download
  3. Choose PNG (default settings)
  4. Open the downloaded file

Expected: Image quality matches the editor
Actual: Image appears blurry

A few helpful tips

  • Report one issue per post. This makes it easier to track and resolve.
  • Avoid using technical shortcuts or abbreviations—plain language is best.
  • If something changes after an update, mention the last version where it worked correctly.

What happens next?

Adobe staff may make small updates to your post, such as refining the title or adding or updating tags, to help make it more accessible to others. Adobe staff and Community Experts may also ask to follow up questions to clarify the issue. If the problem can be reproduced, its status will be updated. Any bug report may be moved to Questions if they are related to product usage or need additional details.

Vote: Voting helps teams understand impact—if others are seeing the same issue, encourage them to vote as well.

    Hi,

Here are two screenshots. This is the same student.

Problem #1 - The student has turned in her assignment but it is still showing "in Progress". I have several of these across multiple classes.

Problem #2- The assignment is not letting them in and even if they are in the assignment, it is acting like they aren't and asking them to start again. See picture. This student is already in the assignment and has a video "in progress", see Problem #1.

Problem #3 - It will not let them click the "Start Assignment button". This is happening across multiple classes.  We have tried different browsers, different computers, hitting refresh, shutting the computer down and restarting, and also I extended the due date out to see if that was the problem.

    Hi @KELLI_HAWKINS6276,

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. Can you double-check if the issue is resolved or not?

    Regards,

    Tarun
