Adobe Learning Manager – April 2026 Release Highlights

The April 2026 release of Adobe Learning Manager brings a focused set of enhancements across learner experience, admin flexibility, and AI-assisted workflows. Many features are currently in beta, but they signal a clear direction toward more intelligent and scalable learning.

Smarter learner experience
The Fluidic Player now gives clearer navigation with “Next Module” labels and a dedicated exit action, reducing ambiguity during learning journeys. Learners also benefit from an in-product AI Assistant that helps answer questions in context, along with improved multi-language support across job aids, checklists, and video captions.

Better content interaction
Captivate content gets a more structured experience with unified table of contents, slide-level completion tracking, and improved notes export. These updates make content consumption more transparent and trackable.

More control for admins and authors
Administrators can now:

  • Schedule multiple concurrent Zoom VILT sessions without constraints

  • Control when learners can start modules

  • Access learning object expiry data via APIs

Authors also gain enhanced checklist modules with weighted scoring, multilingual support, and reviewer comments.

Enhanced customization and scalability
Custom certificates now include a drag-and-drop editor with dynamic fields and AI-generated backgrounds. Additionally, the new non-logged-in Experience Builder enables creation of public learning pages without requiring user authentication.

Instructor and reporting improvements
Instructors can generate QR codes for attendance and enrollment, while reporting sees upgrades like multi-attempt SCORM tracking and improved learning time calculations in transcripts.
