Hello Everyone,

This Beta release includes fixes to below mentioned issues, along with the fixes from Adobe Bridge Beta update 1.

Fixed Issues:

  • Variable Speed Drag Drop: Unable to control the scroll speed (fast scrolling) while dragging an image to a new location.
  • Preview Loading Delay: The preview takes time to load when scrolling through with the arrow keys.
  • Custom Workspaces: Custom workspaces move to the end, and their order is altered after migration.
  • Recent Folders: When renaming or creating a folder with a custom name, it does not update under the "Recent Folders" option in "Move To."
  • File Associations: Illustrator file association is incorrectly set to AIDiagnosis.
  • Camera Raw Licensing Error: Fix intermittent licensing issue while opening ACR through Bridge.

I would also like to see Adobe Bridge include project management and client management DAM setups. When I’m working on a project, I could state what I’m creating, and Bridge would automatically organize the folders according to a template I created or found on the community pages.
It would need to work with a proper local NAS and corporate setup.

Illustrator is open almost 24/7 and just about the same for Bridge and Photoshop

Text alignment is off on folder and document names there is no padding and its left aligned. this makes it hard to read.

still the loading order of operation is making it slow. have it load like this Folder > Documents > metadata > than and only then thumbnails. and when navigating pause thumbnails and metadata.
Having the loading operation like this should speed it up and make it so i can folder dive much faster rather than it snap loading while im trying to navigate.

I would like to suggest the inclusion of a multiple photo selection option for Bridge. This option exists in Lightroom, but it hasn't been included in Bridge. For Bridge users, it would greatly enhance the ability to quickly separate photos and speed up the curation and post-production process.

Thank you in advance for your feedback.

The virtual folder graphic display should individually show an image derived from an image within the folder. If the defined image is no longer present, the default folder should be displayed.
