Beta Build 30.5.102 Release Notes

Hello 
Latest Beta Build 30.5.102 is now available in CCD. We have below fixes in this build:

• Keyboard Shortcuts for Align and Distribute Operations:

Align To Selection, Key Object, and Artboard are now accessible as menu commands under Object > Align, making them assignable as keyboard shortcuts via Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts
1. Actions Panel Support: Align To mode changes are now recorded in the Actions panel and replay correctly during batch operations.
2. Visual Confirmation: A soft message appears at the top of the canvas confirming the active Align To mode when switched via menu

Vertical and Horizontal Distribute Space are now accessible as menu commands under Object > Distribute, with a new spacing dialog featuring live Preview.
1. Keyboard Shortcut Assignable: Distribute Space commands can now be mapped to custom shortcuts.
2. Live Preview: The spacing dialog now includes a Preview checkbox that shows the distribute result on canvas before committing.

Known issue:
Opening recent files from Home Screen Recents section is not working. Opening recent files from File > Open Recent Files works fine.

• Hover scrolling on numeric fields:
  Scroll wheel will now only change a numeric field's value when the field is selected (focused). This addresses the complaint where simply scrolling past panels like Transform, Character, or Properties would unintentionally alter values . Please try it and let us know if it feels right.

• Sketch to Vector: The following updates are new to Sketch to Vector:
  Stroke Detection
  When generating outputs in Line  art style, the results will now feature clean strokes instead of filled areas.
  Dedicated Sketch to Vector Panel
  A new panel has been introduced specifically for the Sketch to Vector workflow, making it easier to use this feature.
  Input Deviation (formerly Creativity Slider)
  The Creativity Slider is now called Input Deviation. This slider controls how closely the output follows the input image. Higher values allow more creative freedom.
  Sample Prompts
  Choose from a variety of sample prompts to quickly achieve your desired results or explore different creative directions.
  Generate Without a Prompt
  You can now generate results without writing a prompt:

1. If the input is a sketch, it will be refined into a cleaner, more usable version.

2. If the input is an image, the output will be a stylized, cartoon-like version.
   Flux 2 Pro & Gemini 3.1 Models
   Flux 2 Pro & Gemini 3.1 are now available in the list of models to choose from.

• Fixed UV Fixes:

1. [Vote Count : 8] : Can't open file / The account you signed in with doesn't have access to this file

• This build includes the memory bloat issue fix. While Illustrator is expected to consume higher memory for very large and asset-heavy documents, memory usage should stabilize appropriately once documents are closed. The continued accumulation of memory even with no files open was observed in some cases. We’ve addressed the primary accumulation scenario. During our continued investigation, we also identified a separate class of smaller memory growth patterns in certain workflows, typically in the range of ~10–12 GB over extended sessions. These are different from the original issue, and we have already identified the associated workflows and are actively working on additional fixes for an upcoming release. Please try it and let us know if the issue is resolved. We’ve tested it on our end and it is working as expected.
