Hi everyone,

There was an error in the last Mixamo add-on (version 1.11.10) for Blender when you click on the Edit Control Shape button. This has now been fixed in a new version which can be downloaded through the link attached. This new version still supports Blender 3.0 or higher.

hi this problem comes from names of bones in rig

changes the name of all bones and delete all taglines before bone name in all bones.

for example my file's name is "test" then the orginal name of  the left hand bone will be "test:lefthand" the only thing you should do is change this name to "lefthand"

so the current script is 1.11.10

i can confirm that works in Blender 2.9 which sounds like its unsupported which doesn't stop people installing it

The version I just posted in this announcement is 1.11.11 and should be the one people use for either Blender 2.9 or later builds (> 3.0).

If you are not getting the 1.11.11 version from the link I shared kindly let me know.

    Thanks.

Not getting the 1.11.11 version, just the 1.10.15 version from your posted link.

so can people with older builds of Blender still download the 27918 rig file or are they stuffed?

The 27918 rig file is the script (version 1.10) which has the bug with the edit control shape. You can replace that with the version I just posted and if you are working with older builds of Blender you can always update your rigs with the Update button.
