The photoshop 26 all versions has the worst generative fill guidelines. I have an image with a girl wearing a dress. There is no nudity and she's holding the stem of a flower. One of your support agents did a screen share with me and could not figure out what the problem was and I had to install every single version until I hit Photoshop 2024 That was the only version that worked. The error I get is I'm not following community guidelines. What's the point in paying monthly or yearly if I cannot use the beta or Photoshop updated version with all the new tools that used to work. I sent in many reports and for three days I am trying just to generate a dark wall in the background of an image with the girl lying on the floor. Can you please fix this problem with your guidelines. There is absolutely no nudity in it. What the hell?

It's indeed ridicilous. Even a hint of a cleavage gets censored. Why do we have to pay for the use of censored, crippled  "ai's"? You can't even use this damaged "ai" to modify beach photo's. Women in bikini's are (OMG! - block! ). Lingerie forget it. Latex is on the forbidden list too. Fully dressed it's a no go. Who are these people that decide what I can or cannot do with the software I bought/pay for?

Ever since I updated, my photoshop won't start. I have restarted my pc, redownloaded the app. Reset the preferences. The window gets stuck on reading brushes, even though I have no saved brushes in this program (so I don't think this is the issue). I have also tried opening the app as an administrator. Never had this issue before updating this morning. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi there! I am writing to express my frustration about the recent changes to the Photography plan and the way Adobe now separates Generative Fill (Firefly AI features) from Photoshop. For me and many other creative professionals, Photoshop without Generative Fill is simply not useful anymore — it’s the main reason we keep our subscription.
It is extremely confusing and disappointing that there is no dedicated bundle or single plan that includes both Photoshop and unlimited Generative Fill. Now, to get the features I need, I have to pay for two separate subscriptions — Photography Plan and Firefly Standard — which is nearly twice the price. The current subscription system is chaotic, unclear, and feels unfair to loyal customers.
Please explain why Adobe made this decision, and if you are planning to introduce a transparent, all-in-one plan for photographers and creators who rely on both Photoshop and Generative Fill as an essential workflow.
    Thank you, Darya

I just updated my photoshop. This is hard to describe but let's try:
Usually, when I have a few tabs open, I can drag them free and float them in front of the other pictures.
Now, when I've freed up one and click on the next one to drag it free, the previous one disappears behind the backdrop. It's incredibly annoying because this is a technique I use all the time to open and move around multiple images and now it's suddenly become incredibly cumbersome. How can this be turned back?

Currently Image-> Adjustments-> Brightnes/Contrast do not work at all.

Yes I deleted my preferences to no avail. 😞

In both Photoshop AND its beta version these are completely broken. Before last beta update it was broken with a stutter if I used my mouse to change brightness or contrast but it somewhat still worked with the arrows on my keyboard, but now its dead.

The same goes for Image-> Adjustments-> Shadows/Highlights it's broken too. It stutters when trying to use the mouse or just does not work at all.

I find it a bit weird that Adobe ships their flagship product without proper testing.
