Caution re 2026.01

Please note that in 2026.01 the logic of AND/OR in Condition Expressions has been reversed. The issue is described in this post.

You can either amend all your expressions or wait for an update that Adobe are working on.

Also note that a minitoc in the right panel of a frameless skin will work locally but not in a published output on a server. That too is being worked on.

There is further information on my site regarding your options.

For me, the update 2026.03 fixed the issue regarding the AND/OR behavior of the condition expressions. Everything works as before.

Well, yes, that Condition Expression change was a surpise we stumbled on rightaway - should have been written in the change notes. Nevertheless, the way this feature it is working now is only logical, it was unlogical before.

I agree it was illogical but it is something Adobe inherited. For straightforward expressions now would be a good time to tell users to change their expressions. Adobe's concern is regarding some of the more complex expressions where that might be rather difficult.

Perhaps you could raise a feature request that in Settings users can set how the drop-down works?
